Fantastic jewellery repairs, quick service and very competitively priced. The customer service is brilliant - I was really hot when I popped in, and they offered to turn on the fan just for me. I came out of the shop smiling. It's a pleasure to support this local business and I wish them every success.

This is a great family business and everyone who works here is very helpful and friendly. I have been using exclusively for watch batteries, small repairs and purchases of unusual and sometimes quirky impulse jewellery purchases. Simply can't resist, I go in for a battery replacement and come out with a piece of individualistic jewellery for myself or as a gift. Been using since it originally opened in the Kirkgate and followed them to new premises.

Gem of a place ,pardon the pun. Really great down to earth honest service. Went in for two watch batteries and they where supplied and fitted in front of me for a minimal amount. Nice chatty staff. Will definitely go back. Thanks guys!

I went in today to get new batteries for two watches. The gentleman who served me was very friendly and we had pleasant small talk while he dealt with my watches. Very competitive pricing (I was pleasantly surprised at the total) and great customer service. They also have a nice selection of watches present for purchase in the shop. I’ll definitely be using Jeneil again in the future.

I tried to get my watch fixed at six different shops before someone recommended Jeniel, and I am so happy they did! This is a remarkable find; they are friendly, warm, and helpful, and extremely reasonably priced. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Got my watch battery renewed promptly and efficiently at vg price also purchased a lovely pair of earings for a birthday present at again vg price. Good and friendly service. Will certainly keep this little jewellers in mind for the future.
