On their auto reordering system. Doesn't work and stops you using their web site to ordered. not worked last 3 fill ups. sitting her today 7/3/22 with no gas when order was placed 17/2/22.Tried complaints who will answer in 10 days to eventually be told delivery on the 6/3/22. 7/3/22 still no delivery.Tried to call on the phone, cut off 3 times in the waiting list of over an hour with 31 calls waiting, The calls gradually go down and then suddenly the call time goes way over an hour. Im now going to visit terminal in Avonmouth to try and get some answers.wonder what excuse they will use this time.

I turned up Friday morning to get an 11kg propane bottle refill and there was a sign stating Site Office Closed. A gentleman in the carpark said he would see if he could find someone inside to help, as it should be open. 15 mins later he had not reappeared so I rang Flogas HO. A very helpful lady spent 30 mins trying to get through to this depot, she couldn't understand why no-one was there or why the phones were not being answered.Eventually the office window popped open and an extremely surly man spent the next 5 mins making it as awkward as possible for me to buy a refill - I got one, eventually....Will avoid this depot in future!!!!

Absolute joke, don't go anywhere near them, worst company around. We have no gas, delivery was supposed to come two days ago, then told the lorry ran out, now been told it won't come until tomorrow. I've two elderly relatives and two small children in the house, we cannot wash or heat the house. The company is a discrace.

When ordering a gas bottle for my fir I was not given a delivery date but I thought that being only being 10 miles away that it would only be a few daysI contacted them by phone to be told it would take about 2 weeks, I explained I am 74 years old and I was out of gas, but they were not botheredThey have my money and lovely warm homes. Would not have ordered from them I just hope we don't get a power cut.

Rip off. Won't swop a green leisure canister for straight propane even though I was forced to swop my propane for a leisure because a b and m store didn't do propane now I have to pay an extra 10 quid everytime I exchange cannisters. And why the heck is the same amount of propane 10 dearer just because of the color of the cannister. Complete BS.

Had 2 dates txt to me saying they were delivering, I stayed in waiting for them for 2 days on the delivery dates, then they say the delivery will be in 4 days. I cancelled the order saying i was very unhappy with the way they have delt with my order. Will not use flogas again. Very unhappy.

Shocking company. Out of gas yesterday having ordered 6 days ago. Chased them on their 0800 number 4 times this week and no one can help or advise when the delivery will happen. Got a text last night to say delivery today. Just got text to say cannot now deliver and to call the 0800 number! Just called their emergency line and was told they only deal with gas leaks! I dread to think if I was an elderly customer and had run out of gas what they would do if it's just gas leaks they deal with on this emergency line!? I'm now waiting on their 0800 number. It's been 27 minutes and counting...

I have been using Flogas for a number of years now. Being elderly I have found all their staff incredibly good extremely helpful.The delivery drivers are brilliant carrying the cylinders to the back of the house. Thanks Flogas great service

I have tried 3 times to set up an lpg contract with Flogas and each time been fobbed off and transferred to someone else. Spent 30 minutes in one call trying to set up a contract and have spent about 1.5 hours overall trying to get a contract sorted and a gas delivery. You own the tank and I am an existing customer! I am paying a standing charge which is at least twice what the competitors are charging. I would have stuck with you for ease and payed more for the gas but I just couldn't get through. Calour on the other hand picked up immediately and were so helpful you have lost a customer permanently!I cannot believe the customer service, I am willing to pay extra just so I don't have to change supplier but they won't make it happen!If I could give them less than 1 start I would

My contract was up for renewal-been with flogas for the best part of 15 years plus as they took over my previous suppliers-they came back with a extortionate cost-they never responded to my emails.So we went to a third party lpg save and they came back with a far better price-however it was with flogas.I put a order in on 19/3/23 tank at 20% with a lead time of 14 working days last day being 02/04/23.i phoned Friday 31/3/23 to be told it would be delivered Sunday-no show-phoned Monday and Tuesday this week and still have no date and our tank has less than 10% gas. I would have moved to another supplier and strongly recommend staying away from Flogas.They have doubled their prices and however their customer service is shocking.Sadly there are only 3/4 key suppliers in LPG and us customers cannot go anywhere else.
