Great customer service. Very pleased with the product .

Amazing experience! Deep allowed a lot of time to advise us on the right items. He booked a couple of sessions with us where he spent over 2 hours each helping us choose the most appropriate items. He was very diligent, and extra patient. We changed the order a few times and Deep was always keen to help. I would most definitely recommend Aston Matthews, and Deep in particular. His service is what made all the difference.

My boyfriend has just visited your shop.He arrived a few minutes before closing but was turned away by rude and unprofessional staff. We intended upon purchasing a bathroom mirror for our renovation project which is about to be featured in high end interior design editorial. He explained he only needed 5 minutes of your staff’s time? Needless to say we won’t be visiting again. It really does paint a picture that 20 per cent of your reviews are highly critical of your professionalism. I would appreciate an explanation?

Although the expected delivery was extended (on reflection no fault of Aston Matthews) what arrived was absolutely the finest quality of fittings. Chrome trap and tap clearly are in a league of their own. And if you are looking for a non standard size of cloakroom sink, well worth a look. Well done

I had such a great experience with Aston Matthews. I visited the store to look at some fittings and Steve Cook took the time to understand my bathroom layout and suggested a much better configuration than I had originally planned. It shows that online stores & internet research are no replacement for having a shop with knowledgable staff. Everything was delivered on time and, when the bath filler turned out to be the wrong one, AM sent me a replacement within 48 hours in the middle of lockdown. They also replaced two other parts: one where I was being really picky over a blemish (to be honest it turned out just to be the patina of the brass) and another where my fitters dropped a piece and damaged it. So I can really recommend AM - expensive, yes, but beautiful high quality fittings and excellent customer service.

Unbearably arrogant and rude. The lady actually looked me up and down when I entered the shop. The sales staff then kept me waiting and refused even to get up from their seats when eventually talking to me. All their merchandise is easily available elsewhere. Just avoid. (Note the many other negative reviews online also complaining about their rudeness.)

Bleu Provence (BP) in Italy, is a manufacturer and supplier of beautiful bathrooms. Some of its products are promoted as own brand by Aston Matthews ((UK).BP currently has a 30% promotional offer on all items in its catalogues. I contacted Aston Matthews to see if they could source a tap and price match. Ordering directly from BP by a non VAT registered buyer is not cost effective due to import VAT.Aston Matthews confirmed that they could order the item from Italy. However, they do not pass on any discounts.Contacted just now by BP who warned me that Aston Matthews had contacted them to say that I had posted a negative review because they would not sell me a tap at a discounted price. This is a blatant lie.I have not left any reviews on this business. All my interactions with this business in respect of their price match policy is in writing so there is no ambiguity on context and their position.BP, asked me to remove the review that we have both not seen because it does not exist. I have obviously requested a full and humble apology.Data protection and libel issues aside this is extraordinarily nasty behaviour by Aston Matthews. Other retailers such as Archiproducts, Claybrook, Dyke & Dean, The Water Monopoly, West One Bathrooms etc do not charge more than BP - even when a promotion is not running. Aston Matthews does.

I called in a few weeks ago to ask for advice on why my soft close toilet seat was not working. The salesman took time to consider what could be done but we were both at a loss as what to do. He promised to find out and today a very tiny piece of plastic arrived and it has done the trick.What fantastic after sales service. Thank you Aston Matthews.

The van driver is reckless. Driving in 2 lanes, not using indicator, blocking off cars so they can’t go past in the other lane.
