I recently visited wlmg Eastcote, along with my family, with the intention to purchase a car. We were given a perfect 10 to 15 minutes to view the available stock by ourselves without being pestered by over-keen staff (one of my pet hates).Exactly at the point where I wished to start asking questions, AJ appeared from the showroom. In my usual manner, I bombarded AJ with questions about the various vehicles on display. What I appreciated was that AJ flipped the scenario to ask me what I wanted/expected from a new vehicle purchase then offered various solutions to view.My family were already hovering around a Kia Ceed and AJ offered the vehicle up for a test drive fully trusting me to return with the vehicle (something else I fully appreciate). I took the car for a random two mile loop around the block and was most impressed.AJ, my family and I entered the showroom to discuss the necessary transactions such as vehicle trade in, price and warranty. I explained that before committing to a large purchase, I wanted to visit a nearby Honda garage to view comparable cars. AJ fully accepted my response and replied there wasn't any pressure but I'd be back as Kia was the superior offer. Now in writing this could be portrayed as arrogance but it was not! In conversation, AJ and I were friendly, joking and entering in to a little banter and this cannot be expressed in words but once again, I appreciated the openness and banter. I was aware of a touch of 'salesmanship' coming into play but that's his job and I can see through it straight away. After all, I had come to purchase a car!We went to Honda and did indeed return about 40 minutes later and I purchased a Kia Ceed.Throughout the entire process, my family and I were treated politely, friendly and were constantly offered tea and coffee. The entire experience was excellent.We collected the car a week later, it was offered sooner but it was more convenient for me. At this point I'd like to add how busy the showroom was with potential customers coming and going constantly and this might reflect on some of the negative comments posted in other reviews.The car had been polished to within an inch of it's life and was gleaming inside and out. I was also provide with a 'Delivery Inspection' tick list (make a note of this as it becomes important later) for everything that had been checked. My family and I drove off into the sunset with our new car.Over the following two weeks, I emailed AJ with a couple of questions about the car. I often didn't get a reply by email but when I rang AJ on the phone, I always got a reply to make up for this. As mentioned previously, I witnessed the showroom being busy, so as AJ is a salesman, that is his priority so I am not going to be negative about the emails, I'm just giving an honest review.Now for the issue - when driving over speed humps, I was getting a loud grating sound from the front left side of the car. AJ referred me to the service department and directly to Karen and/or Dino. I rang Karen and she suggested that I pop in with the car. In the meantime, I had a look myself.From the underside floorpan, a splash guard over the brake pipes had been bent down at the wrong angle and was protruding beneath the car. I took the car to the service department and they've supposedly fixed the issue by breaking off the small section of the splash guard. Not a perfect fix but it hopefully stops the noise.My main point is how can I be presented with a delivery tick list telling me everything is ok when clearly nobody has even looked underneath the car. Obviously and as expected, the individual mechanic who attended to the vehicle suggested I had driven over something to pull it off ( I knew that was coming ). Considering that I've only driven to Tesco, Sainsbury and Ealing a few times covering a total of 70 miles, I don't think so but I cannot prove this.I dearly wish to take out a maintenance plan but how can I have confidence that everything will be carried out or will it just be another box ticking exercise?

AVOID! My experience with the sales advisor (Yassir) at KIA was deeply disappointing. Their approach was highly unprofessional, and their pushy sales tactics were a major turn-off. Instead of providing helpful information and guidance, I felt pressured and uncomfortable throughout the interaction. It's crucial for sales advisors to strike a balance between assisting customers and respecting their boundaries, and unfortunately, this was sorely lacking in my encounter with this individual.

I had to replace my car because of the ULEZ regulations. Wasn't looking forward to the whole 'buying a new car experience' but David and Adrian made the entire car-buying process truly exceptional. They were incredibly informative and attentive to my family's needs. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend visiting the MG car showroom in Eastcote – you won't be let down!

I bought Kia Niro in September 2020 as a new car .Sale person Mr Ahmad told me that you can charge it in 45 mint , with cost £7 ? But it cost me £20 in two hours by supercharger.Mr Ahmad would explain where did you get those information ? Have you been training well with Kia ?Mr Ahmad does Kia taught you to lie to customer ?My car was zero mileage reg, but the dashboard lights are start on, same the light on Disco club with such nice music , thank you Kia for such a lovely music and many different lights on.Your not helpful at all , I really disappointed with you , after three times investigated into my car , the issue was there after days when I left the Kia garage.I never ever recommend Kia Car not to anyone or even to my enemy . When I left my car to investigated in Kia Garage , they scratched the pumper when they changed parts.I sorted this issue with Kia through my solicitor, sorted those issue in 8 month , Kia does not respect the customer, does not respect them Policy ,WhenYou signed the sale ,straight away you will be ignore by Lovely Kia Dealer ,wonderful service, amazing service, no one can beat Kia in Rubbish service . Kia deserve -5 starNever trust Kia Car

Reasonably bright pre-sales experience, and want to call out David in particular for being both helpful and honest, not just focused on selling.Post-sales experience has been poor. I began getting concerned because I originally sent an email to Livio in mid-April that never got a response, before taking the car into the workshop in May. I wanted to ask their opinion on what other customers thought after buying the same model. I had a workshop appointment booked for the end of May, but sent WLMG Eastcote emails asking their thoughts and advice on the issues I experienced on:17/Apr24/May29/May31/MayNone of these emails were responded to.This eventually led to a week-long stay at the workshop from the 12th of June, where issues were also not fixed, and a frustrated Jack B (who announced himself as the point of escalation, as the director at the venue), listened to our concerns and confirmed we'd be written to same-day via email to find out what's going on.This review is being written at the end of July, 6 weeks since that happened. Needless to say, the promised email ever materialised.We've since been through a process with their Operations Director who has been proactive in taking in feedback and listening to customer concerns, which is nice. Thank you Christie.With regards to Eastcote, however, Famous for keeping our promises" appears to translate for me to "Avoiding communicating or making promises in the first place"

I have just brought a new car MG3 I went into the show room without a clue and received amazing care by 2 very respectful gentleman, the finance guy showed patience as he talked me through the process. Highly recommended to friends and family.
