Finally a company who really wanted to help!! Mel from the sales team answered all my questions and arranged for a local driver Sam to pop in and confirm they could deliver a skip down my very tight driveway!! A professional and very efficient team, who`s prices beat anything else locally and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.....thank you!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged us a fortune (£650) for an 8 yard skip, which was to be placed on the road. They informed us they would take care of the permit and would cover us for 28 days. Called us back 3 days later to say due to an internal error they had only done a 1 week permit and it would cost us an additional £120 + VAT per week. We refused as frankly, this isn't our issue and we felt we'd already paid a lot for the skip and they confirmed with us the skip and permit would be for 4 weeks. They eventually extended for 1 week and then collected the skip. They are now trying to say there was a fridge in our skip and it will cost an additional £120+ VAT to dispose of it, except there is no fridge in our waste. Total con merchants, just trying to get every single penny they can with no care for customer service or honouring their contracts.

I have used the grab collection service and the waste ton bag hire, great service from the team, Steve Roberts in particular was fantastic. A great company, highly recommended.

5* service , really efficient. I called and asked a million questions to Lauren she answered them all with no hesitation. We then got the skip that same day which was brilliant. I then called today to ask if by chance they could remove it as soon as possible due to a garden delivery coming and Mel was absolute 5* also in helping us get it removed, they came within half hour of speaking to her. All round great customer service! really chuffed thanks again

From start to finish the service was fantastic. Messaged on facebook about getting a 3 yard skip, Becci D replied straight away and a skip was delivered the very next day and the same for when i needed it collected. Becci D was so helpful and answered all my questions. Olly the driver was very good as well. Highly recommend

Used them for an Ace grab bag. From start to finish the job went smoothly, and the bag was collected much earlier than anticipated which was a bonus.

We filled 4 hippo bags. Two of the hippo bags were very close to a low wall but the driver very carefully and skillfully manoeuvred and lifted the bags without disturbing anything around them. He then came back and swept up the little bit that had spilled. Also, even though they, like all delivery-based businesses, are swamped with orders, the office clerk was able to give me a firm date on pick-up. All in all, a very pleasant experience dealing with both the front office and the driver.

Hi, Ace Liftaway is everything you want in a skip company - professional, on time and polite. I used to dread skips being delivered from other companies because the other drivers were so often rude and made you feel it was a real hassle. Well done and thank you Ace Liftaway!
