Exceptionally high quality service.I purchased my smart car from Alan and his team in the summer. It came with a guarantee and a full year MOT. I hadn’t driven for 5 years and I was very nervous about driving and had no confidence. I had taken a friend to test drive the car for me but Alan insisted that I need to test drive it myself if I was to be the driver. He was so good he even arranged to take me out in the car for a ‘driving lesson’ on a quiet road before I bought the car to make sure I was happy with it - I really don’t think any other dealer would have bothered doing that. Because I lacked confidence they also drove it home for me even though I only live 3 miles away. They didn’t want my money until I was happy with the car. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and know everything about smart cars. The mechanics Dan and Andy are hard working, very competent honest mechanics who really know their stuff. It’s a friendly place to buy a car and they are honest and trustworthy which is rare and exceptional. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend buying from them if you are looking for a smartcar as they specialise and have a wealth of specialist experience. Before I found them I was looking for a smartcar online on the AA site but all the other dealers just didn’t care or have the knowledge and expertise that these guys have. They are a small outfit and because of that you can actually call them up to ask for advice and they care about looking after your car in terms of after sales customer care.
