Sleeps 12

We have been using Sleeps 12 for many years now, and in that time have always received excellent service. The staff in the office are friendly and very helpful.I would just like to say that my husband and I have also been exemplary and patient, in the fact we asked for a refund due to lockdown but this was not their policy. So for over 2 years our payment (full payment) was carried over.It was a bit worrying but we had full confidence in Sleeps 12 and they have always looked after us.

We had a fantastic stay at Berry House even though the weather wasn't great - there is so much to keep you occupied it didn't matter that it wasn't warm enough to sit outside. The pool and the cinema room are brilliant, the house is very welcoming, we all settled in very quickly and could have stayed much longer. The booking process was smooth and easy, I highly recommend Sleeps12 and would definitely use them again.

Simone and Team are friendly, professional and ultra organised, making your stay the perfectly relaxed time it should be. Pound Farm was simply magical for our event and the owners couldn't have done more for us.

Gorgeous house, loads of parking and easy to find. Pool is a highlight and it's warm, big and quite deep so we were pleasantly surprised. Loads of space, bedrooms very comfortable and plenty of room for a large family gathering. Would highly recommend.

I have never before booked to stay in someone else's property and was somewhat nervous about the process and all the conditions and information required but Sleeps 12 were most helpful in all aspects of the booking process and promptly fielded any questions I asked. Their descriptions of the property I stayed in were totally accurate. It was a really good experience all round for myself and my family. Thank you Sleeps 12.

The whole process of booking, amending and returning the security deposit was flawless. Every time I had a query or I needed to amend the booking the staff at Sleeps 12 were friendly, efficient and helpful.We stayed at Beaverbrook near Ilminster which was absolutely wonderful. The photographs and descriptions do not do it justice. Anthony, the owner was always on hand incase we needed anything and was a perfect host. The accommodation was well equipped, the bedrooms were excellent with towels and bathrobes provided and there was plenty of space for our large family (22) to be together or have time apart.I would definitely recommend Beaverbrook and the staff at Sleeps 12

Sadly I would not recommend either this company, or the property Ridgeview in Somerset. The property itself, although beautiful, was marketed as secluded" and like being in a "world of your own". Apparently perfect for hen weekends

The service from the whole team was fantastic during our stay at the Granary. A special mention to Liz Rogers on our WhatsApp group who was available to answer all our questions and Nicola Bond who kindly accepted our food shop and guided us to the property.The property was clean, comfortable and one of the most beautiful we have seen. My only feedback would be after reading the dog rules, I wouldn't agree that the Granary is dog friendly. We wanted to bring our dog but the rules stated that dogs were not allowed on furniture, rooms and needed to be crated when sleeping. Unfortunately that to me doesn't read dog friendly. I understand its difficult to find a balance but putting my dog in a crate was definitely not an option.That aside, all our room instructions were adheres to upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with the necessities too. We really enjoyed our stay here, definitely looking to book again next year. Thank you to all the Sleeps12 team that made our stay so wonderful.

SANFIELD HOUSE REVIEW - Would NOT recommend this property due to the many safety hazards (very loose decking around spa pool is a major accident waiting to happen being the main one) and the overall upkeep of the house, is very rundown (many leaks throughout). Is a shame as the location is lovely and the grounds. Should not be rated 4 star at all, more like 3 to be honest. Mentioned to sleeps 12 but they simply pass on the email to the homeowner (who becomes very defensive) and then do no due diligence with your complaint. 2 star for Sandfield House and 3 star for Sleeps 12 lack of customer service on this occasion.

Crowcombe was the ideal place to have a family gathering! The facilities are 1st class Many fun hours spent in the pool and play area. Fabulous layout to the property allowed the whole family feel special. Stunning area of the country. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean and the all the team made the whole event a wonderful experience.
