I am extremely satisfied!The staff at the reception are very kind, the surgery is friendly and professionally equipped.Agnes treated me for some of my dental problems.The most professional, empathetic and humorous dentist I have ever met.She provides the best care in an understandable and precise manner, while being patient and humane.I recommend it to everyone who is anxious about dentistry and, of course, to those who want high-quality care!

Best dentist surgery I’ve ever visited. Caroline in reception kindly fit me in for an emergency appointment over the summer, after which I made the choice to become a permanent patient; every visit I’ve had since has been wonderful - I actually look forward to my appointments, and I’m a lifelong dentist wimp . My dentist, Doctor Agnes, is brilliantly knowledgeable and thorough. She goes above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable, and well-informed about my options. Klaudia and Billie are warm and skilled dental nurses. Doctor Alpa and her family have a wonderful team here, where excellent care is clearly at the forefront of their business. I’ve already convinced my mum to change to this surgery. Calling in for that emergency appointment was the best decision I made.

If I could rate this team 20 stars I would. Every person I've had contact with so far was beyond kind and patient, very understanding and gentle. I have a nervous child and they managed to make her laugh, that speaks for itself.I highly reccomend them, thank you, team Floss and Smile.

This practice and the team deserve more than 5 stars.Plucking up the courage to even call a dentist was a big milestone.Morning of my appointment what a welcome.Firstly ample parking .I was welcomed into the clean and inviting practice . The lady on the reception was so friendly towards me .I was so anxious but even talking to her made me feel at ease.Then the dentist came to get me . Which was such a nice touch and a very warm welcome .He spoke to me all the way through again making me feel at ease . I do need a lot of work but I want to smile again and feel more confident.Next appointment booked and to say this I can't wait .If you feel anxious about going to a dentist look no further further and book an appointment.Selina

I required quite a bit of work to be done and Christina did a fabulous job of explaining everything that was needed. Final result far exceeded my expectation, so now able to smile fully with confidence again. Was always an enjoyable experience with the very friendly atmosphere both Christina and Helisha create, great team! Very highly recommended.

As a nervous patient I have been put at ease completely by Dr. Johar and the entire team at Floss & Smile. Everyone is incredibly helpful, courteous and kind. My treatment has been explained every step of the way. Actual treatment is excellent. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.
