Buckland Post Office

No opening hours on google or on the outside of the shop, so no idea what their actual hours are. Were closed 4pm on a Saturday when I tried to go with no idea when they were meant to shut.They’re the closest to my house but the lady takes ages when I’ve got more than one parcel to post. Elderly woman just chats on even when there’s a massive queue growing behind me, makes me feel guilty. Been in there once with a younger woman behind the counter a lot quicker. Shop layout of awful and cramped. If you want a faster service to up the main road to Derby road, there’s a post office located inside the Spar shop, much faster with opening hours and everything.

Very rude and unwilling to help.Had a parcel delivered here. Went to get it at 9am and the place was closed. Returned the next day and the lady refused to look for my parcel because I didn’t know the name of the company who sent it

tried to return a parcel back to Amazon and they refused stating that I didn’t have the correct Qr code even though was sent through Amazon. They didn’t want to listen and we’re just extremely rude! I would give no stars if that was a option

The old woman working there she is very rude and she should retired I been 2 times for my items ,came to this post office from Royal Mail she couldn’t find it until for third time been there another man found it for me never go there again wasting my times for 3 times

Lady was very very rude to us when we tried to return a parcel as part of the service that the Post Office supply advising that they make no money from it - it was pre paid so we didn’t pay for it anyway, but she wouldn’t listen and continued to advise that they don’t get paid for it… Wasn’t too confident that our parcel was in safe hands with them, I’d advise using Fratton or North End instead.

Horrible old woman as a staff with personality or attitude problem. When you have work for the rest of the week and you could not get your parcel on time. Is it a crime to retrieve your parcel late when I still have until August 6 to claim it. I had my parcel delivered by DPD on July 31 and no chance of getting my parcel on the day of the delivery. Why not retire and enjoy your life if you don’t have the decency to just plainly speak to your customers without being rude?

Supposed to be open at 8:30 am, I have a parcel to Collect before work….. still not open 9:30am with no signs of life… twice this week I have tried before work!

Horrible VERY OLD woman and man working thise post office , they should be open the post office at 8:30 but they opened after 9 and they very rud staff they didn’t want to looking for my letter redeliver but when i say calling to police after that they looking and then they lost my letter !!Please please royal mail getting out thise rabishhhhh stafffffI adviseing to everyone no one go to there never never neverrrrr..again they very rud

I have to take parcels there occasionally, dread going the staff are so rude, never a thank you always miserable. No star rating if possible

Says it should be open, walked there and it’s closed at 8:30am, they got my parcel. Very odd service if they can open whenever they want.
