Extremely disappointed with the member of staff that myself and my landscape gardener reluctantly seen today. Found him extremely rude and embarrassing on my landscape gardeners behalf, considering the amount of money that we intend on spending, I am slightly concerned with the level of service. My landscape gardener is also very concerned considering all the Customers that he has recommended the place to. The only saving grace is that our landscape gardener will be dealing it from now on.

Ordered fruit trees in Nov, couldn't source some of the order, what we did get sent in Jan wasn't great.Ordered espaliers and they hadn't even been trained, just tied to a frame and sent. Shame.
