I had a similar experience to Kate - they're cheap and reasonably efficient as long as nothing goes wrong but when they wrote off a £50 pair of trousers they were completely unapologetic and effectively just stopped answering my calls - they did eventually compensate me but it took 8 weeks of pestering them by phone and in person.

Someone has destroyed the historic and much loved ghost sign on the side of the building. It was painted over under the cover of night by the spiteful owner of the building or business owner. Shame on you. I'll remove this comment if there is an explanation. I don't want to harm a small business if it was the owner of the building. But someone needs to explain

The company changed hands around 2 years ago and the new owners are awful. Asked for a stain to be removed from a sequin dress but NOT to be dry cleaned. Put through a dry cleaning machine and melted all the sequins off despite my request for them not to do so. They also had a very bad attitude when confronted and weren't apologetic. I will never use their services again!

Friendly service. Very good cleaning and reasonable pricing. Convenient hours and parking outside . Genuinely part of the South Woodford community. Good people to have around. Not everything can be fine online. Cleaning my curtains has made my lounge so much more fresh. It's cheery and smells nice

Absolutely devastated took trousers to be altered and they had to rectify 3 times before completely ruining them and it cost me £20 for them to do this

Great dry cleaners very close to South Woodford station.Repairs were good quality.All clothes were well cleaned and very reasonably priced.Will definitely go back.Highly recommended.
