I had a fantastic experience with Nicola! She’s incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere, and I felt relaxed throughout my visit. The haircut turned out exactly as I had hoped - it complements my face shape perfectly. Nicola has done it once again! This is the second time I’m returning back for cut and blow dry and she has done a phenomenal job. I genuinely have such a phobia of getting my haircut that this is the only hairdresser I trust to cut my hair. Nicola and the lovely lady who washed my hair were so lovely and warming towards me that I instantly felt comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone as you are getting a good service and your moneys worth.

Had my hair cut by Nicola who is such a sweetheart and know what she is doing. She gave me the best hair cut that suits me perfectly. You can totally trust her and she won’t disappoint you. Maria who works at the salon also was very sweet and not forgetting Rocket ❤️ who is such a good girl. Will surly return back soon. All the very best Nicola.

I have been to many hairdressers around Ealing, without any doubts this has been the best one so far. Although I only went for my roots, the hospitality was outstanding. Unlike other places, they won’t let you sit in the corner and die of Boredom. They really care about their clients and put genuine efforts into the job. Happy with the results, highly recommended.

First time visiting Blackwell Hair Salon and in fact first time colouring my hair! Nicola was absolutely amazing and really understood what I’d wanted. Her and her assistant Shay were really patient and lovely. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!

I had an exceptional experience at Blackwells with Nicola, who attentively listened and truly understood my vision for my hair. There was never a dull moment, and the hospitality was exceptional, making my visit truly enjoyable. I felt instantly at ease. I requested highlights with an ashy brown shade, and she delivered precisely what I had in mind, which I was blown away by. She is so good at what she does. I'm absolutely thrilled with both my hair and the cut and will only be coming here to get my hair done from now.

After years of jumping from hair salon to hair salon, I came across Blackwell Hair Salon and got my hair done by Nicola.I can only describe her as the personification of a nice warm hug.I left her salon feeling incredibly relaxed which is a stark difference to my past experiences at hair salons. Usually I leave feeling anxious and rushed but Nicola took her time to get to know me and provided a gorgeous heated blanket. She was warm, inviting and easy to talk to.She has gained a loyal customer and I will recommend her to my friends. I left excited to come back.Thankyou Nicola!MJ
