Typical large store very impersonal and too many empty spaces on shelves at 11.30 am on a Tuesday and store was hardly packed with customers.Not the best Tesco store i have been in .

Made a complaint last week about the pickers picking the worst looking food possible now this week I have about 8 items missing from my home delivery???, What an absolute shocker of a place!, As if robbing the people out of greed with there ridiculous prices isn't enough now they don't even want to give you what you pay for?. Please when will they shut down and give another company the land to open and do better please when???.

I was in buying alcohol an got treated like a child I do not look 25 but I felt discriminated by the way, two of the employees Alison Harrington and another worker who refused to identify themselves very immature an as the one who felt that was inappropriate an as a worker in the food an soft drink industry. I felt it should be noted as tesco should keep there custom happyGood day

The Greenock store is modernising / updating their mezzanine area and is starting to look fresh. Pity about the kids playing with the trolleys around the store. A shop colleague and a manager didn't deter the kids.

Although this is a massively large store there are some items that need addressing and some suggestions, let me explain.Stopped off early to the in-store pharmacy and then decided to go and get a bite to eat at the upstairs cafe. Girl on counter nice and friendly. Had a roll and sausage but sausage was tasteless along with the cup of tea. More importantly was the environmental health problem of at least 3 birds above the eating area with one of them being a massive pigeon (see photos). As we were leaving they were seen heading for the food dispensing area.As more stores are looking at the use of plastics we were surprised to have our water dispensed in two large plastic tumblers. As they must have to put the tea/coffee cups in the dishwasher, why don't they use glasses or better still have water cups made of the same material as the cups. This would also reduce the use of paper cups too and save a rainforest

Not enough tills open. I was in on Thurs there were 3 tills open out of 10 to 12 and the self service had a massive queue.

Sadly this store is a pale imitation of what it was. Too many ranges have been pared back and there is growing voids where shelving used to be.
