Ordered half past 7 it's now twenty to 10 at night and order still has not arrived have called 3x and each time been told order was on the way which was obviously not true was a large expensive order had children waiting on food who have had to have something else and are now in bed I phoned and asked for the order ro be cancelled i was not able to understand the man on the other end of the phone when I asked to cancell he simply said he was sorry and it was on the way they where busy will not be back so angry that I have waited all this time and still no food has arrived

Wanted a kids burger meal but didn't want cheese salad and mayo on it. Add this info on the special request note but no one read it so when it came my Granddaughter wouldn't eat it. Please read the requests when someone posts them

Came in to get some food and the choice of food available was pretty decent. Food arrived and was hot and cooked well. There was no salt and vinegar available for chips or sauces and my wife had a kebab and we had to ask for salad after receiving our food as there was none.Food was good just could have done with a few improvements
