We had a fantastic time biking from Inverness to Dores! (and back)The service is exceptional, even during my initial inquiry instead of turning me straight away they advised me to check back closer to our date to see if there would be availability for a day trip; which luckily there was!We rented two e-bikes. Did not even use up 1/3 of the battery, very suitable for longer trips. Super straightforward to use. The bikes came with helmets, sturdy U-locks, a spare inner tyre + kit to fix flats, touring bags to put our stuff into, navigation app with GPS routes, case for your phone and as other mentioned: fenders. Super useful on the rainy day we had. (Plus other accessories)Best money spent for value for sure! Definitely recommend!

The bike is in perfect condition. The owner is really kind and helpful, he gave me detailed instructions about the bike and the route to Chanonry point. I enjoyed a lot on the road, thanks so much!

Hired a bike for a few hours to ride to Loch Ness. Very happy with the excellent service and bike quality. Perfect bike for the job. Would definitely rent from them again next time I'm in the area.

We had a 3-day trip around Loch ness on the Great Glen Way, which was phenomenal. For that we booked 3 mtbs and 1 e-mtb at TicketToRide and from the beginning we have been in very good hands and treated nicely and with patience. Bikes were really good, well prepared and equipped with useful tools (racks, lights, repair stuff, air pump) and made that trip to a real highlight on our vacation through scotland. Definetly a good way to see that beautiful country.

We had an amazing time on the NC 500 with the Roadbikes we hired from Ticket to Ride. Everything from the communication beforehand, the collection and setup as well as the bikes themselves were great. We had no issues with the bikes on the route at all but knowing that we would have gotten support from the team throughout the trip was reassuring. Also really appreciated the helpful tips regarding the route and we can fully recommend using this services if you do not want to haul your own bikes to Scotland.

These guys are the absolute best! They have really well maintained Trek Domaine's that served me well as I explored the lovely surroundings! The gear shifting was smooth, the tyres great and the staff super friendly. Highly recommended

Bike was in great condition and ready to go. It was comforting to notice they provided everything necessary to fix a flat as well as front and back running lights. Top notch operation. I also appreciated that they had maps at the ready as well as were willing to provide suggested routes. They seemed as interested in giving me a positive experience and they were interested in renting me a bike. Highly recommend. Also worth noting, I found cheaper rental options but they didn't include fenders which is SO worth the extra expense.

The experience has been exceptional. Great communication, ease for the paperwork and the booking and the bikes themselves were really good and perfectly tunned, gears and breaks worked neat! Really recommended!!

I hired a bike to do some sections of the NC500 and I absolutely recommend them. All the staff have been super helpful and the bike was in excellent condition (brakes, which you will need to use are in perfect working order!).

Hired mountain bikes for a trip over the Great Glen Way. Both the service we received and the bikes were excellent - I would not hesitate to recommend Ticket to Ride to anyone. I would however caution those intending to cycle the GGW - the trip is absolutely fabulous, and it features some steep terrain. We did it in 3 days and were mighty glad to be off the bikes when we pulled into Fort William.
