Couldn't fault the customer service but had the car for approx 1 hour and the engine fault light came on so it's currently in their garage being fixed

First class service, had a problem with the air conditioning on my car and a annoying water loss from the cooling system. They found both faults and renewed a intercooler for the air con and a leaky inlet manifold that was causing the water loss and even overhauled the EGR valve which was not on my list. Can't thank them enough

Wasn't happy with the work" carried out. There was a list of things wrong with the car that I had and they then couldn't find most of the problems I told them about. Took the car to the local garage and these have been resolved now. Not sure why these couldn't do it themselves but I was very disappointed."

If there is anyway I could give 0 star, I will !The service is shocking & like many said this is a scam in a broad daylight. The only people who has left 5 star are the company employees who will sell anything for a commission. Once you bought the vehicle GOD knows they would like to see your face ever

Drove a car home yesterday! Within 10 minutes I could hear cluncking noises from the wheels - suspected mount or springs had gone as my cars front suspension is low. Phoned them first thing the next morning as it’s under 28 day warranty to be told I can’t get an appointment until a month later. How am I supposed to use my car for work? I’m worried whenever I drive it because it’ll cause more damage and working in the community I need my car to be reliable to visit patients. Absolute joke if you ask me. I will not be purchasing from trace centre wales again!

Friendly staff. Waiting area was okay. Free water available for waiting customers. Staff behind the desk provided sweets for the kids to keep them occupied.After a battle over the phone I managed to get a courtesy car for the wait. Even though they would reimburse me train and bus fare, it wouldn't be suitable over the distance I live and with kids involved.

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa (Design) 15 Plate, car is in excellent condition and only had to change the intake valve at the repair centre. Overall, got the car for a relatively decent price. Can’t complain for the customer support either. At the end of day make sure you check the car you’re buying and check for faults.

Avoid at all costs ..got sold a car not fit for purpose and the Lifetime Warranty I bought with the car would not honour any repairs...out of pocket by a lot of money ...dreadful
