My garden is finally finished. Loving the porcelain Tiles , when delivered a tile was cracked Customer Services were excellent they sent out a replacement straight away can’t fault this company . Would most definitely buy from them again

Disappointed with Customer Service, But Tiles Look GreatReview (2 stars):My experience with Tiles and Smiles has been quite frustrating due to their customer service, which I must say was far from satisfactory.I meticulously designed my garden to minimise the need for cut tiles, aiming for whole or half tiles to avoid unsightly small sections. When I received the tiles, I was disheartened to discover damage caused by their logistics. Out of the two pallets I received, one was in perfect condition with zero damage. However, the second pallet had over eight damaged tiles. I promptly emailed Tiles and Smiles to report the issue and seek a resolution.I expected a response that began with an apology for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, I was directed to their terms and conditions, which stipulated reporting damage within 48 hours of delivery. Let's face it, how many people receiving two full pallets of tiles would actually inspect every single tile within that timeframe? It's simply not practical and could risk damaging the tiles through excessive handling.The silver lining in this experience is that the tiles themselves look great once installed. However, the entire experience has been marred by the unresponsive and seemingly untrained customer service department. It's disappointing when a company falls short in this crucial aspect of customer satisfaction.In conclusion, while the tiles from Tiles and Smiles ultimately met my expectations in terms of appearance, the overall experience left much to be desired due to the lack of empathy and understanding from their customer service team. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their products.
