Very quick and professional: phoned on Friday, part got ordered and fitted on Monday.

First class service from an excellent local company! The pilot light gave out on my old boiler and wouldn't relight, so I called Celsius Plumbing. I had no heating and no hot water. The engineer was at my door within half an hour, carried out the repair, serviced the boiler and went on his way, leaving everything immaculate! (All at a very reasonable price! ) To say that I am delighted is putting it mildly. I will certainly use this company again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous service from initial contact to completion.I was impressed by the high quality of work that this company carried out when they installled a boiler in my previous home. When the boiler in my current home failed, in freezing conditions, they were my first choice when it came to seeking a solution.The repairs that were required were identified, and I received excellent advice and support throughout.I believe that the company ethos is to provide excellent service. The people who work in the firm are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and experienced. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just to say Celsius plumbing are brilliant.It is the first time my dad had been able to use the bathroom in over a year with comfort.Just knowing he could wash his hands and brush his teeth has made a massive difference.His mobility and Parkinson’s has not made it easy and you have just made things simpler for himWho would have thought a bathroom would have made two people so happy.The quality of work was outstanding. Requested a quote to replace our old night store heaters. I was given a very reasonable figure to remove the old heaters and replace them with Intelirad electric heaters (so clever that they switch off when you open a window).On the agreed date the heaters were replaced in a very tidy and professional manner. I was delighted with the service and they even cleaned up as they went about their business.Delighted with the cost and overall service.

We have benefited from being Celsius customers for years, and they have attended a variety of boiler and plumbing works, so we know all about their commitment to customer service, professionalism and excellent workmanship. This time we pushed the boat out and asked them to install a new bathroom - there's a first time for everything and we found ourselves to be absolutely delighted with the work done. Whilst all the qualities mentioned above were evident, this time we were privileged to experience a different perspective: when the going gets tough, Celsius knuckle down and get the job done, where some other companies might baulk at the first hint of trouble. Our old house frequently throws up unpleasant surprises in the course of improvement works, as is what happened when David and his team started work. What was expected to be a five day job ended up being double that. Early on, woodworm, rotted flooring, crumbling walls and unidentified spaghetti pipework were uncovered. What is a homeowner's nightmare must be nothing compared to the impact on other jobs that had already been scheduled for Celsius. Yet it was done without quibble or complaint, and accepted as just part of the job. Armed with the promise of endless cups of tea, and whatever soup was in the pot, the men cheerfully tore into the work, day after day. We were embarrassed that they worked so hard under sometimes difficult circumstances - and it really was hard, physical labour. They were forced to work a full weekend ( normally sacrosanct family time ) just to help us out. It's a mark of their professionalism that they didn't run away screaming, stayed the course and completed the task, leaving us with the most gorgeous bathroom transformation, and in spite of the complications encountered. They even did extra things, like hang up a mirror that we'd intended to do after they left, and fixed the flush in another toilet, unasked for. They thought through all the installations - anything that didn't look like it would work, they discussed with us first. We are truly grateful for all their hard work, and cannot recommend or praise them highly enough.
