Always served me well great staff and clothes always spotless

This is the worst Dry Cleaners ever they do not have a clue what they are doing. I tried to pick up a dress and white jacket after they had it for a week i had to pay in advance. They couldnt originally find them, they then found the dress which hadnt been cleaned and the white Reiss jacket which is dry clean only was soaking wet and he admitted to putting it into the washing machine OMG. I asked for my money back which he didnt give me and demanded he gave me the soaking wet jacket to take home and dry. Its completely ruined i asked him why on earth would you put a dry cleaning jacket into a washing machine and he said he does it all the time.

Took my girls school skirts in to have the pleats put in and on the one that had quite prominent pleats already they've still managed to mess up and create new pleats. On the other skirt they've not even tried, just ironed the pleats right out. That is not what I payed for, I could have done that!!

Lovely staff and no complaints about their service at all! Slightly pricey but all in all my favourite dry cleaners!!

Gave them my work trousers to clean. Could not remove the stain and they made the colour on the leg fade out which looked horrible. Still had to pay for service though. Wont come back.

Unreliable, let me down on numerous occasions mostly by not having items ready on time. Won’t be using again

Always good service & use regularly but really came to the rescue yesterday, Deborah was so helpful, managed to get the puff back in to a puffa jacket & ink stain out of the pocket. Ready the same day. Highly recommended.
