Tickets valid for 2 days and give great background to Manchester. Just wish the buses were more regular.

We were travelling with 2 teenage grandchildren and wanted them to know the city, so decided to take this trip. It wasn't expensive as we are senior citizens, and they are under 18, so it only cost 24 pounds. Unfortunately, there are no earphones, you just have to try to listen to the commentary through the speakers on the bus. Everyone is talking to one another, so it's noisy, and as English isn't their mother tongue, they couldn't understand a thing that was said. I couldn't understand either and I was born in Britain. The bus itself was very dirty and could have done with a good clean. I wouldn't recommend this tour - I'm not sure if there are different bus tours, but this was a green bus, that leaves from Albert Square

A 90-minute tour that takes you around manchester city with an audio guide. You can hop on and off anywhere you like. You are also given a map. It was an interesting experience but I think they could've made it more interesting by adding some traditional English music. Also the top floor of the bus has an open roof. This isn't a good idea during cold season, especially when it's windy or raining. I initially sat on the upper deck but had to move down later as the cold became unbearable.

Honestly, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.The voice over needs to be redone! How can they speak about cotton trait without acknowledging colonial cruelties but rather framing it as if it was one of the cities main accomplishments. DISGRACE!

Allowed there website to take bookings on a day they had cancelled tours, their website had no information about the cancelled tours. When I emailed them I got no response and I found their Facebook page, I messaged them to explain we booked but no bus arrived to be sent a link on their FB stating tours had been cancelled, no explanation or apology for their website not reflecting this information, no refund offered, they have basically left their Web page stating false tours to obtain sales and steal peoples money. Absolutely poor service. I have sent this information to the trading standards department in Manchester Council.

Website and leaflet gives you stops and times. You may pay driver or book ahead. Whole trip takes 90 mins or hop off and on at one of 14 stops. There are some dull stretches out and back from Salford Quays. Sound commentary upstairs was unintelligible on one bus, but fine on another.

Booked tickets for me and some friends who were spending the day in Manchester. We had a brilliant hour upstairs on the open top bus. Great value for just £12. Clear commentary and information by the guide and a free map with information on Manchester and the route we took. Such a brilliant memory for us all. I definitely recommend

They seemed to be celebrating with big fanfare their new timetable, which looks like someone wasted their time dedicating some passion to it. Sadly they can't live up to it!Driver was 40min late. The contact email is a black hole and the phone number goes to an answering machine. The bus is tatty and worn.The driver eventually dragged his backside down the street with coffee in hand at 11:10am when the bus was due to leave at 10:30. Obviously there was no apology.He then spent the time rallying the bus through the streets to make up for lost time and he was pretty relaxed about running red lights.The tour is ok, but it misses a lot out. Simple things like the Etihad stadium for instance! You will spend much of the time in traffic starting and stopping between traffic lights and flying through areas like the Media centre.I would recommend visitors to get a pass for the trams.I would recommend the company go to Edinburgh to see how tours should be operated.

Exactly what everyone needs. As no free parking in town - hop on/of tour bus does the job. All major places covered.
