Dishonest. Disappointingly my family has used this gentleman 3 times recently for a washing mashing draining issue. Today I rang a different honest gentleman. Over the phone he advised me to remove the filter and clean it. As a result saved me another £45 had I used this gentleman. Total lost to him £150. I would not recommend him.

Reliable and honest service, and even though Dave didn't have the specific oven part, he was able to source it for the next day. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.

I phoned Dave in the afternoon and he came to look at my cooker the following morning. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part immediately, returning in the afternoon to fit it. I was very impressed with the speed of his service and the reasonable charge.

Can't fault GSC. Called Dave last night and agreed to fit me in the next evening. He was very prompt and was able to diagnose and repair our tumble dryer quickly. Very reasonably priced and reassuring about after care. Would definately recommend. Thank you.

Dave is fantastic. He came to look at our old oven and advised it was beyond repair. We ordered a replacement and he came out last minute on Christmas Eve, and saved the day. Highly recommend!!

Heating element went on my oven and he was out within a few hours and fixed the issue within half hour of turning up. Lovely guy, cheap and quick fix. Definitely recommend for little fiddly issues

Replaced the fan and element on a 15 year old Zanussi duel fuel cooker. Excellent service. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Tried to ring 5 times before I got an answer, I was met with a very curt tone of voice. The lady who I spoke to, despite their service advertising that they cover Newcastle, stated that they would not come into the middle of the city due to congestion and fear of parking tickets. I explained that there was private parking available so there was no risk of a ticket. I was again told no and was hung up on.

I’ve used this gentleman for about 15 years. Often prompt. Doesn’t charge for call out.Very reasonable on price. Ive always been happy with his service.I didn’t know why people are putting bad reviews on. He’s obviously had his reasons for not being able to go. Cut him some slack, he’s had a rough year. Just be patient.
