Spring Lea Holiday Park & Fishery
Have not fished this venue for 6 years but I must say it is excellent. I camped last time I went for 7 days and found the owner and the staff very sociable and helpful. I was netting around 60lb to my best day of 174lb of fish. I do not know if they still do a breakfast here but if they do then you must try it. A very good meal

Good points :- 4 pools to choose from! Easy access! Plenty of parking! Good pegs, some shaded others open! Good range of species, good numbers and weights! Bait, tackle, hot sandwiches and drinks sold on site!Bad points:- pools often closed for matches, (usually the Orfe and or Mallard, best 2 pools)! £10.00 per person, (£8.00 junior), for 1 rod. £12.00 per person for 2 rods, ( think £10.00 for junior 2 rods).But hey, 6 good points versus 2 bad ones, so yeh pay a visit!

Had a fantastic day the staff were very pleasent and helpful , they also cooked a mean breakfast . Fishing was just something else the pool was in immaculate condition , the fish were all in excellent condition , didn’t stop catching all day , had an absolute cracking day well done spring Lea fishery.

I only fish here so couldn't honestly review the caravan park, but what I've seen they've got a fantastic out house it's definitely a beautiful place wish I could afford to stay for a weekend fishing then I could honestly review it. Take my three kids and my dog. Now that would be a complete review apprt from that it's my fouvourite place to fish

Lovely set up and great place to fish. Been several times and breakfast excellent. Recently had to wait longer than before to get cooked breakfast, like 40 minutes from point of ordering. New people in post so just need to settle in.

Great place for fishing for all the family with a good variety of different course fish spieces and specimen carp lake with tackle shop and sundries, a well layed out site, camping and caravans with toilet facilities on site great value for money and staff very friendly

Beautiful carp lake very clean and fantastic surroundings,the owners are fantastic friendly and helpful, great breakfast and shower we will go back 100%
