Paul has really consolidated our random thoughts into a well executed and cohesive plan by tactfully and skilfully introducing his ideas while preserving our vision. His huge reservoir of both design and horticultural experience are a significant differentiator. We are very pleased and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Paul’s design for our garden was just right. We really enjoyed working with Paul. He came up with great ideas that we had not thought of and executed them in a well considered brilliantly detailed design. Paul was always there when we needed him during the design and build of the project. It’s a year on and the plants are working so well together.

We have recently had our garden landscaped by Paul and are delighted with the result. He came up with a design which we would never have envisaged but it met our requirements and more. The management of the project has been excellent and the contractors used (DNA Landscapes) have done a wonderful job and kept the site tidy at all times. We could not be more pleased.

Absolutely delighted with my 2 new gardens that Paul designed for me.Paul came to my home and we had a lovely informal chat about what it was I wanted from my garden, along with likes and dislikes, direction of the sun from rise to set and my favourite colours amongst other things.Being new to the area after spending my whole life in London, I wasn't used to the different modes and qualities that coastal gardens need and bring... Paul was recommended by a friend, and was an excellent contact from the very first meeting. He listened to what we were aiming for, came up with an idea, measured up and put it on a plan, asked for our ideas for plants, added some of his own and introduced us to his landscaping team. They were wonderful to work with and nothing was too much trouble including moving a greenhouse and a shed to new sites with electric and water connections. We modified a couple of things during the work carried out and we have been left with exactly what we wanted. Just want it to be Spring now so it all starts growing. Highly recommended!

Paul has designed various sections within our garden from small patio areas to a large wild flower meadow and many in between. We have found that Paul offers a rare and valuable combination of excellent design, knowledge of plants and access to reliable and experienced contractors to turn his imaginative designs into reality.

Paul signed a small courtyard garden - north facing with brick around the beds, pavers for a patio and cobbles. Good contrast of different materials, and a design I wouldn't have thought of: steps going up at an angle, slanting crossways, which just gives a small space more interest and a seeming spaciousness. It's too soon to put up a picture as the plants have only just gone in, however, Paul did the planting plan - which was very helpful as left to my own devices I'd have put in all the wrong plants for a garden which doesn't get much sun. He is very helpful and flexible and I would thoroughly recommend his help.
