Virtually impossible to contact a living person on the hub. Keep getting messages which are often repeated. You press the appropriate button, listen to a message and then you are cut off. They begin by saying it is easy to contact the department you require. I believe it is an intentional ploy by the council to avoid having to have contact with the general public.

Absolutely appalling! A complete waste of time!!! No stars would be applicable since the problem was not dealt with by any of the pre-recorded messages and there was no way of speaking to anyone!!I would be grateful for a response with some idea of how one is supposed to contact the council now.I very much doubt whether I will actually receive any answer.

Nice cafe, although insist on fresh eggs with breakfast. They tried to sell more rubber scrambled eggs
