Had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY! Came unstuck with an ice problem, (ice machine broke at work) and desperately needed ALOT of bags of ice asap, and then I found Trevor! What an amazing man he is and came to my rescue.He took my trolley, went out to back stores and got all the bigger sacks of ice and then even helped me to my car and unloaded it all for me.Trevor is a legend!Thank you so much for your kind help and coming to my rescue.Very much appreciated

Great prices and choice, queues at checkout can be long.

I was second in the queue while a female member of staff stood behind the cashier complaining constantly about her job! The cashier kept turning around to agree with her, therefore ignoring the customer she should have been serving. This went on until it was my turn to be served, just constant moaning. Why do staff members think its okay to do this openly in front of customers?. Bearing in mind we're choosing to spend our money at Iceland, they should be representing it in a positive way, not complaining about it!

Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Would highly recommend shopping here.

The car park is of modest size and the store is very popular so sometimes it is difficult to get a parking space. Fortunately the side roads are close by and you can usually get parked close by if the car park is full. If you cannot get parked and live locally, you could always get your shopping delivered as they have started offering deliveries now. I prefer to go in store as you always end up seeing more things available or things you have forgotten to add to your home delivery!!! (I'm sure we have all done that!)Great selection for a modest sized store. Something for everyone! They have recently started stocking alcohol too. Prices are very good and generally well stocked.

Have some great ideas, bought loads of things like salt and pepper ribs, different chicken savoury treats, Mars bar roulade, duck rolls, beef Wellington, the list is endless, wanted to cook it all when I got home.

Popped in Iceland Leigh-on-Sea today didn't know over 60's get a percentage off of their shop, lovely surprise..thank you.

I quite Iceland. You know what you're getting and the recent store revamps look good.More and frozen is appearing but and I did wonder if that just dilutes and confuses what they have always been known for. Frozen Food but I don't think it does, at the moment at least.They do a lot of buy three deals, which is of course to entice you to buy more but if you have a larger house hold, it's worth considering.Little too, baked beans by the tin, are cheaper than their 4 pack.

Iceland supermarket has fresh and fluffy loaf bread nicely placed on the shelf, easy and wide work way for customers, their ice creams were topnotch so many varieties to select from, my children love the place for our quick and fast pick market. Thanks Iceland
