Use this post office weekly, usually have my parcels redirected here, and send parcels abroad. Quicker to deposit cash here than going to the bank. Quick friendly service.

Completely terrible place. Refusing to have both windows to serve a shop so busy you can’t breathe. Horrific staff, rude draining. Awful experience

Always come here to post my parcels, one of the best post offices to use in Leicester.

I went to Imperial Avenue Post Office and asked for the 24-hour tracked Royal Mail parcel delivery service. The lady at the counter kept quoting special delivery prices and wouldn't provide information on the 24-hour prices. As a result, I had to pay twice the amount I intended to pay.
