I was baffled why the prices were so brilliant on the website. Infact, I asked if they were genuine products!!!Found the same watch on there website that retails for £430 on the high street - UK.The service from Faith Jewellers was brilliant. I ordered the gift and ask for them to hold until I knew I would be home for delivery. They replies were swift and the order came packed well and discreetly.They also took two links out, which meant that it was ready to wear.A very happy husband!

Called in today to purchase a child's watch. ( Didn't relises the jeweller's self service) that's what the service I received this morning felt like had to asked for the watch to be set to the correct time when purchasing it ( to make sure it was working) staff not really interested and they wonder why we shop online. Make your customers feel welcome their the reason your still open.

Amazing service! The team at Faith Jewellers kindly assisted me with an exchange, even though I was over the 28 day period. They communicated with me very efficiently and each time, my watches arrived promptly in pristine condition. I think it's great that they offer free link removal and delivery, would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to others!

Unreal service! Having been previously let down by another online retailer I messaged the guys at Faith who responded promptly. In placing my order at 2.30pm yesterday my watch is now on my wrist at 12pm today! Absolutely fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend.

Took my watch in last weekend to get a new battery and was told by a male member of staff it would need to be sent to Fossil for a service at the cost of £99 so id be better buying a new one. I have since went to another jeweller who told me It just needed a new battery at the cost of £10.So as you can imagine I will never be near these cowboys again and would strongly advise anyone else to stay far away!

Thank you so very much to the two lovely girls that allowed me to collect my repaired engagement ring, despite the fact that there was a power outage in Rushmere shopping centre this afternoon and they were told that they had to close. They opened the shutters and got me my ring, am so so grateful, fantastic, thanks a million! I didn't get their names but it means the world to me to have my ring back. Thank you again.
