Really loved my massage with Liz I felt so relaxed after and Liz was welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend especailly if you have stress and tension. My back had been in pain and after the massage felt amazing the pain has eased off . Thankyou Liz I looked forward to the next one x

Well what can I say, I met the lovely Liz at Blue Dot Festival this weekend in her stunning little tent. This lady works pure magic. I feel about an inch taller and I can now dress without those middle age groans, all in one short massage session. I also had the great fortune to experience her Reiki session; she certainly has healing hands. I did not know what to expect, I approached it with an open mind and from the first second was blown away. I was greeted with a kaleidoscope of colour and what I can only describe as an out of body experience as my body twitched and tingled. She asked me what my general health issues were before I started and with a focus on my achy knees she set about her work…. Having spent a day packing and unpacking and crawling about in a 2 bed dome tent… I find myself with the knees I remember from my youth. No idea how it works, I guess a big chunk of my knackered knee problems must be in my head but she ironed out some significant creases. Thank you Liz, you are a wonderful lady. I am so glad our paths crossed. It certainly made up for the mud and rain. Bloody lovely. Been working from home like most during Covid and posture has suffered massively, Liz gave me a 30 minute massage in her beautiful welcoming salon. So relaxing, fragrances that instantly calm you, lovely chilled out music and left feeling totally renewed. Definitely recommend Liz & Lacewing Wellbeing, just a lovely experience.

So I found this business when I was looking for a reflexology session. Liz is such a lovely lady and I felt totally at ease with her. The actual reflexology session was fascinating and such a relaxing thing to have done. I also purchased some of Liz’s own honey from her bees she keeps and it is absolutely divine- thank you for opening up the works of reflexology to me I shall return!

I’ve now become a regular with Liz and can highly recommend her services. She’s incredibly kind, funny and professional. I definitely recommend the facial massage OMG, so relaxing. What are you waiting for?

Me and my wife had an appointment with Liz and we were glad we booked her. She is fun to be with and the service is awesome. We had a Swedish massage and being near her salon means we can book again! 5 stars!
