I’d definitely recommend this garage, I tried it out just to get an oil change on my Audi A1 and the customer service was excellent. They have done a great job and it was at a very good price.

I was initially quoted £35 over the phone for an MOT, but when I paid, the actual cost was £45. Quoted nearly £500 for an exhaust back box, when I rang another garage they quoted £200! When I returned for a retest, they had left my van in a car park behind a social club with the lights on, resulting in a completely dead battery when I went to pick it up, had to buy a new battery for my vehicle because it was that flat!

Called for a same day tyre puncture repair, fit me in within a few hours. Fix seems to be holding, and it's a fair price for £24.

Ordered tyres online and booked a slot for fitting. Turned up and was told they could not get hold of the tyres. No attempt was made to contact me before the day so I wasted my time going to the appointment. They were polite and apologetic but very disappointing service.Edit: also failed to process my refund for over a week until I chased it leaving me several hundred pounds out of pocket. Clearly a company that does not care about their customers

My new first choice Durham garage.Very friendly staff, not in that plastic forced way but in a way that says they genuinely want you to leave feeling satisfied with what they’ve done. Speaks volumes.Riley sorted me out big time. Very knowledgeable and skilled professional. Also just a sound bloke. I’ll be going back to Protyre for any big jobs on the car in the future.

Was in today to have tyres fitted, they were really busy but managed to get my tyres changed and car sorted with much of a wait . Staff as always were really helpful and friendly. Hard to find a decent garage but when you do it's worth the wait. Thanks again

So pleased with the service at Darcy's garage. My car needed some work doing and was going to be in the garage a couple of days. Ronny offered me the use of the garage's courtesy car, which made my life so much easier- I can't thank him enough. The work was all completed to a high standard and I paid a very reasonable price. Darcy's really take care of their customers. Thank you!
