SIXT Car & Van Hire - Leeds

We recently hired a van from Leeds to move our son to London, our experience was first class!!! The gentlemen who dealt with us was so professional, pleasant and so helpful, explaining the procedure in full especially the return details as Sixt would be closed. I’ve been using this particular depot for years. Cars are decent I’ve hired a few vans too. I always take a video of the whole vehicle before driving off, mileage and the fuel tank just to cover your back. As long as you don’t damage the vehicles everything seems to be ok. Staff are very well mannered. Shout out the the Asian fella on the front desk he always smiling.

Terrible experience dealing with Yahyaa. Booked a car through their website and when I arrived it wasn’t available. He spent most of the time trying to sell me a higher priced vehicle and said there was nothing available for the price I had booked. He then left and just dealt with other customers. Had to get a £20 taxi to the airport to another car hire company. Wouldn’t use them again.

Amazing service, well looked after car, super helpful staff and didn't need to pay a silly amount of deposit or have a credit card to book. Price was much cheaper than any other companies at the airport, it's just a short ride from there. Would totally recommend. Thanks guys and see you in the future

I’ve never used SIXT before but this was a Seamless rental. Idris was exemplary and his customer care was second to none. Will definitely be coming back and recommending highly!

Decent price van hire, but plan your day. We ended up waiting nearly an hour due to other collections taking place at the same time. Parking own vehicle for a part day hire? Take care as there's limited space... Something to consider!

Worst car rental company and worst branch for sixt .I booked online and when I arrived they increased the price. Even though i pre booked.Seems like because its busy they increased or I don’t understand the reason for increasing rates.I ended up canceling my booking and will definitely go with other companies and never again Sixt.
