If you have a single person discount wishing to have it removed they'll ignore your request. Fail to remove it sending you the same billForcing you to call again wait an hour+ if you put a request in that's 72 hours waiting.GUESS WHO AINT GETTING PAID THIS MONTH ?YOU.THIS COUNCIL'S INCOMPETENCE AT THE BEST. FORCE YOU TO COMMIT FRAUD ARENT THEY NICE
