Smoothie Factory

Great place with very nice smoothies. The reason for the three stars is because they do not offer options as to what size of smoothie do you want - I asked why and received no clear reason why. The lack of options forces people to take in kcals they do not need - I ended up throwing half of my smoothie because it was just too much to drink all of it since they only offer the large size cup; a juice bar should offer small and medium sizes to accommodate everyone instead of forcing everyone to drink larger sizes especially when they’re watching their weight and so on.

The staff is so friendly. They have huge selections of food and drinks and everything is healthy. I’ve tried an ice cream and a protein shake and both were so good

Awful service, coffee arrived cold (when it eventually came) and we waited so long for food I asked for a refund (which took ages, staff were clueless)

Horribly slow. 30 mins for 2 drinks. I was told the same thing from the table before. I even had to ask for my drinks and they still took long

Had 30 minutes for lunch popped over and ordered an iced coffee and ceaser wrap was given a table number and took a seat. After 15 minutes and nothing arriving, a staff member brought me over an ice coffee that tasted quite bitter and told me he thought I had left. I was sitting with my table number in the middle of an empty restaurant how they missed me I don’t understand.A family who arrived 5/10 minutes after me had been served their food and I still hadn’t received anything.After 25 minutes from initially sitting down I asked the staff what was happening with my food order. I was told they would start to prepare it soon. And they had a big group order they had been preparing.I advised that group order aside, the kitchen staff weren’t working their orders properly if the family of 5 who ordered after me, were served before me and she proceeded to just stare at me and shrug. She then offered me a refund for the wrap. Which I took and left. They refunded me the exact change with no apology for my completely wasted lunch break and lack of meal.They have 6/7 front of house staff. Mostly disinterested teens and students. Absolutely pointless enterprise considering lunch for those working in the area are likely to be the majority of your clientele. Really sad as the Titanic quarter needs good lunch and food options, however this is most definitely not one of them. Can’t comment on the food, but the staff attitude and lack of customer service makes it 0/10. Avoid.

Apparently they no longer serve smoothies, only coffee and pastries. Maybe I was just there at the wrong time but for a place called smoothie factory that didn't leave a great taste in my mouth.

Don't even waste your time visiting or buying this is an awful place. Waited a half an hour for a latte then when it eventually came there was half a cup of foam and a quarter cup of coffee ☕️. Check out the pictures

Walking back to our hotel from the Titanic museum, the kids were looking forward to a smoothie and we were drawn by their breakfast menu and decided to return the next morning for the biscoff pancakes. They were awesome! Great place.
