Practioner Muhammad Raza provided excellent consultation. This is a one-off as it's not often I have had any good patient care.I would like to say Muhammad raza was very polite, responding to my queries in a pleasant manner.Thank you for making me feel as if I was at a surgery that focused on delivering a caring and pleasant approach!

The staff at Hampton Medical Centre have been great over the past few months.Dr Khan is a refreshing change to most GPs, with Patrick being a standout star, listening, understanding and providing advice during what has been an 'interesting' time medically.Hats off to Hayley for achieving the near impossible and extracting some blood from me. Many try, not many succeed.

I have been seeing Cathy following my wife passing away. She has been a great source of help in this troubled time. She has helped me smile. Even if I am crying. I cannot praise her enough.The rest of the staff have been a great support. The only negative is that of not being able to see a doctor face to face.I would still give then 5 stars on telephone calls.

Overall i have a very positive experience with Hampton Medical centre, the reception staff are very polite and helpful as are the Doctors who take the time and effort to discuss Medical issues you may be having. Today i spoke with Dr. Sarfaraz Shah and he was excellent taking time to really discuss my issues and he really did care and tried to help me, another favourite Doctor of mine is Dr Moon, she is do caring, polite, understanding, compassionate and takes the time to listen to my medical worries/issues.

I spoke with Patrick 2 weeks ago, and true to his word, he followed up to check on me. I do not often feel seen as an individual but as part of a line. I am so grateful that I received support at such a critical time, especially when it is easy to take the wrong path and not be discovered until it is too late. I cannot say how truly grateful I am to have such a wonderful and supportive team to turn to in such desperate times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I saw Dr Shah today - what a lovely man! So professional and thorough and has followed up as he said he would. I do not have a bad word to say about the practice as a whole- I have always received excellent service from all the staff.

Hampton Medical Centre
Half of my prescription was not ordered, so I called in to the surgery to find out what happened. The receptionist was extremely helpful. She went to speak with the Dr, so I could get the prescription straight away. However the Dr had only just arrived and had not even turned on her computer. The receptionist told me to give it about 15minutes and then I would be able to collect it from the pharmacy. As I was wandering around the shops, I got a call from the receptionist to say that it was sorted and I could go collect the prescription. I am grateful for the receptionist for going out of her way to let me know.

Went in for bloods and an injection. I hate needles! Nurse was really compassionate and sensitive. Bloods taken, injection administered- I survived. Quite nice to have student doctor observing. My experience today was really positive and satisfactory.

I was seen and examined today Fri 6th Oct after going to the surgery for advice.The office staff were extremely attentive and helpful.I was thoroughly examined in a highly professional manner by Joalla Stark.Her professionalism was outstanding and I was made to feel calm and confident that my health issues were being addressed.I am extremely impressed with Hampton Medical Centre!

I needed to contact the surgery today regarding an issue and it was dealt with by Matt in a very polite and professional matter. He fully listened and ensured I received a reply from the dr in a very quick time.Haley also is amazing, always taking time to put patients at ease and very understanding
