Mal Connections

My iPhone was looping restarting. Luckily I was passing by the shop and decided to give it a try. Service was very professional and efficient. Btw, phone is working now as new one!! Thanks!!

Took my phone to a shop in sellyoak who had it for nearly a month kept making excuses and couldn't fix it. Brought it to mal connections and the lovely lady told me the problem and what part was needed and times and even rang me in her own time to keep me updated l, the communication was so good and really appreciated after being messed around by the phone shop in sellyoak and I paid such a good reasonable price. Honestly best service and 100percent would recommend and wouldn't waste your time anywhere else, genuine people. Thank you so much for your help and I've now backed up my phone.

I popped into Mal Connections on Rubery High Street on a Saturday Evening, on the off chance I could get a quote for repairing my shattered iphone screen.The Lady in the shop went above and beyond, in terms of customer service. She looked at my phone and checked she had the correct part in stock, when it turned out she did, she phoned to find out a quote for (that was beyond reasonable!). She then told me she could fix it there and then, within an hour (just before closing time). When I returned to pick it up, she got me to check I was happy with how the display was functioning. Which it was perfectly. I've had no problems and it is functioning as good as new. I cannot recommend Mal Connections highly enough. Thank you!

Sending this from my newly repaired phone from the airport. Mal connections really have gone above and beyond. Dropped my to Mals with a broken screen. Trouble was my phone is an older model. So elsewhere just said can't get screen and not repairable. Mals went the extra mile. Sourced the screen and got it late on the Friday. When I explained I was going on holiday the day after. They got the phone fixed and repaired on the Friday evening. The lady even brought the phone out to me that night so I had it for holidays. Can't praise highly enough. Thanks Mals!
