Called in to get a price on a poster print and frame, Aaron was extremely helpful, had it printed up and even put it in the frame for me, absolutely brilliant service , I would thoroughly recommend, top marks !

Was charged £9.99 for passport photos and the photos got declined. I went in and asked if they could do me some new photos, but they said it would cost another £9.99 !! They hadn't explained that the photos had a 30 day code. I was given a for free" (Obviously in the charge of £9.99) memory stick with the photos on which are useless.Total waste of time and the attitude of the manager was disgraceful!! I said I could of paid £5 for some photos in the Booth in Morrisons and her reply was " well

Needed assistance to print off various different sizes of photos it took about 10 minutes and to be honest I didn't have a clue but with the assistance of Gemma the store Manager the process was made to look simple her patience and overall customer service was outstanding.I will definately use max spielman again.

The woman didn’t even help when I was on the machine and was practically calling us stupid for not knowing how to work it made both of us feel uncomfortable defo would not go back

Went into the Morrison’s max spielmann today and was greated by a lovely girl called Megan who helped me printing a photo and choosing a frame to go with it. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone:)

Worst experience ever. The women was very arrogant and she was not helping at all. I ordered a photo worth £2.25 and she was charging £12. Totally disappointed.
