I purchased a couple if items which were available through OutdoorGB at better prices than other retailers. Delivery was prompt and items were received in perfect condition, very pleased with purchases would recommend to others.

The customer service I received was outstanding. I received updated emails even after the retail outlet was closed. In error I had ordered the wrong size of footwear and a refund was offered immediately. Thank you Jersey and Karen.

Very good prices for the selection of men's jackets. Has fast next day delivery if needed. Excellent communication via email for any questions etc. I Had a waterproof jacket that developed a manufacturers fault which got exchanged swiftly with no problem at all by Outdoor GB.

Ordered walking boots that arrived the next day.I didn't like them so sent them back and 2 days after returning the boots, relieved an email saying refund had been processed. Good company to do business with

I have been very impressed with the outdoor/extremeGB mail order service. I ordered the wrong size Rab top for my wife (being misled on such matters over the last 38 years). It arrived very quickly to our remote location. Whilst I feel a return label and instructions could be included with all mailouts, albeit with return costs met by the customer, ExtremeGB could not have been more prompt in responding to my emails, mailing out a replacement and reimbursing me the amount due. Their prices for the goods I examined also seemed competitive. I would readily use this company again and also recommend it unreservedly based on my recent (November 2023) experiences.

Excellent customer service and delivery on time for the expedition. Arrived within 3 days, (can't complaint as it is royal mail responsibility the slight delay). I got in touch worried due to the reviews, but they answered in a timely manner. Then I had my parcel waiting for me when I arrived from the office. Thank you. :)

Ordered last night for next day delivery and it arrived this afternoon can't fault the business very quickly dispatched items and very reasonably priced compared to their competitors

Waited a short time for the jacket to arrive which unfortunately didn’t fit. Immediate and courteous help to return, instant refund. No concerns about using this company again

Despite the mixed reviews I found the service excellent my order was delivered promptly with plenty of communication by email and on the chat line and when I had to return the item again plenty of communication and prompt refund. I will be using the company again and have recommended to friends and family
