Staff, happy,helpful and so much nicer.The other lot never smiled, or spoke unless I made them.What a difference it makes .well done the place is tidier,not easy I can imaging.Impressed now, sorry not before.Well done team ?

It's a busy place . I love coming here to get rid of rubbish. There's a man at the entrance who tells you where to park .. notices all around for where you put cardboard .. metal, household, garden ext .. the one and only thing I dislike .. is that because of health and safety. The staff there are unable to help you . I took a door down and I couldn't carry it . Luckily a man came to help me .. and that's what you'll find here . If you struggle another member of the public will come to your aid .

Very efficient, extremely friendly workforce and helpful. If I had enough money I would tip them all. Just an update you now have to book your van in at least 48 hours before you can unload. See their website.

The staff are not remotely helpful or interested. I observed groups of 2/3 operatives standing round using mobile phones. Customers seem to be invisible.None of the 'workers' seem to care.I found it difficult to unload heavy bags in the soil skip however the staff stood like statues.A lot of the skips involved metal stairways which are difficult when carrying heavy loads.The set up is very poor and not user friendly.Frankly extremely disappointing.

The long streak off piss at the front gate is a joke, not allowing us in at 3.31 because there’s no pick up trucks allowed in after 3.30, a literal minute - what’s a working man supposed to, take half day and lose wages just to drop off a old washing machine and some garden waste - absolute joke

book in to take down house hold rubbish on our truck as could not get in our car, turned up and was allowed in but was approached by two men who refused to allow us to leave our old 3 piece because we had a truck that tipped and not a solid base, when we asked why does it not say tippers not allowed they responded with people like you should not be allowed in this recycling center as it does not say tippers not allowed be cause they are not allowed (Makes sense to who) just jumped up nobodies. i suggest they sort themselves out and stop being so rude to people that pay their wages, shameful
