Bought a swing chair poor quality bolts missing 3 months on they replacement arrives bits missing holes broken through side of components ,wooden bits missing, no chains or a single bolt over the moon with this company,how can you get it so wrong so many times

Built the Burghley Arbour this weekend. If you buy this item add screws to Item F roof support. The staples are not strong enough to support the roof.

Very slow getting goods distributed to stockists and staff on phone rude when phoned to ask when delivery will be, saying its not our business!!. Supplier rang for date of delivery and were told possibly mid June. Still waiting and very angry. Would rate a zero if allowed
