Arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday, same 4 plates went around the conveyor the whole time we were there. Then they told us they were closing 30 min early at 8:30pm.Food we ordered was ok, but not the experience we were expecting.

We have enjoyed eating, as a family, at Yo Sushi for a couple of years, it is our favourite go to. However, our last 2 visits to Windsor have been disappointing. Service is poor and slow, food portions are smaller and yesterday our sushi was warm. To add to this, I was asked to provide ID for my 10 year old daughter to qualify for the children eat free offer. It was incredibly embarrassing and as a result we will not returning to Windsor.

Unfortunately not the best 1st visit. My food was unfortunately forgotten about after 40. Chef looked up and realised did make it quickly and apologised. But by then my daughter had finished and was ready to go. Paid bill and asked for tub to take it away. No lid was given. When asked for a lid food was passed to someone else. After some time asked where it was. Chef and server went into a panic as they could not find it. They did and apologised again. When walking out noticed. Water on floor told staff member especially as a fall hazard but mainly as it was right next to plug. Looked like water leaking from refrigerator. 20mins later walked bk pass to see it had not been cleaned up.Restaurant was not even busy.

As much as we were looking forward to a lovely meal at this restaurant, we were ultimately disappointed by our experience. While the food was decent, we simply cannot justify the exorbitant prices, such as £6.95 for just four slices of salmon. We found it difficult to reconcile paying such a high price for a dish that we could easily make at home for a fraction of the cost.On top of that, the restaurant was almost empty, which did not create a particularly inviting atmosphere. We couldn't help but wonder if other customers felt similarly about the prices, or if the restaurant's unusual self-service ordering system may have put them off.While we appreciate the innovative approach of ordering via a website while in the restaurant, it was not without its faults. We found it cumbersome to use and believe that an app would have been a more practical and user-friendly option.Despite being one of the few tables in the restaurant, we were disappointed that the waiter staff never came to check on us or ask if we needed anything. It was frustrating having to flag them down to get their attention and ask for assistance.To make matters worse, even when we were ready to pay our bill, it was a mission to get the attention of the waiter staff. We felt that we were being ignored, and it left a bad impression of the overall service.All in all, while we enjoyed some aspects of our meal, we regret to say that we will not be returning to this restaurant due to the high prices and lackluster experience.

Haven't been for nearly a year, great menu revamp, lots of new dishes, every dish was beautifully and meticulously made! Def be back more!

The noodles didn't have any taste. It has a very bad texture, and we needed to add a lot of soy sauce to them for some taste. The bulgogi fried chicken skin was ok but the meat didn't taste well. Some sushi were OK, but didn't seem to be worth the price.

I recently visited this place.We found a table really easy but it was a Wednesday evening.Quiet atmosphere that allows conversation to take place.We ordered online scanning a QR code which was quite fast.The food is delicious and there is a big variety of choices. So far I have tried different things and I liked them all. It is a really difficult thing to distinguish which one is my favourite.The members of staff there are friendly and the service is fast.Definitely recommended if you see yourselves near there.
