My Mum bought a car from here this week, she had an accident in July and her car was written off. She had been looking for another Fiesta for a while, when I spotted one. We put a reserve on the car until we could go to have a look at it. The salesman Dan was excellent, he explained everything clearly and made sure Mum felt comfortable with everything. He offered her a test drive and took us to a quiet place so Mum could drive. Consequently Mum was more than happy with the car. Back at the showroom Dan was happy to answer any questions Mum had and he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you so much for looking after my Mum and helping her get back on the road.

Took my work van for a recall check and while I was there I mentioned the fan is always on was no trouble for them to check this while it was there even though it wasn't booked for this, did need a part for the recall and needed more time to look into the fan dropped of a week later when the recall part arrived and dropped it at 8.30 and recall and fan was fixed by 4. All staff were friendly and helpful even the mechanic who looked at it who answered questions i had about the fan and was even made a coffee because the coffee machine was playing up

Erikah was professional, helpful and friendly. Very easy to deal with and would highly recommend her. Which was a delight after being messed about by Car Store Peterborough who were supposed to arrange for the car to be brought over from Citroen dealership in Rotherham. Erikah is amazing.I am adding more to update regarding car quality. The car has been problematic since the first few moments of driving away. Had to return car immediately as front light wasn’t working, sales manager fixed it by a few knocks, clearly temperamental bulb it fitting. Since then clutch has got stuck in the compressed positioning making gear changing impossible, a handle has fallen off the seat, electric rear window open by it self and had to pull over to encourage it to close again. For almost £9,000 expected better quality especially from dealership. Very disappointed with purchase.

From the call to see if the car was still available after seeing on their website to pickup was a smooth and non stressful experience. Joe wasn’t a ‘pushy’ salesman like I’d had in a previous trade garage. Just down to earth. A few little issues were sorted prior to collection and communication prior to collection was great. Laura sorted out the collection and drop off of my part-ex while Joe was with another customer, but he took his time out just to see everything was ok before leaving. Both made getting a ‘new’ car an easier experience

He really listened to what our needs were for the family car, and we ended up buying a car we hadn't even considered- which is perfect!Sully was personable and not at all pushy. Joe was absolutely brilliant. Gave us time to look around at the cars without feeling like we were being harassed. Saved the car for us for my boyfriend to bring me back to have a look. Recently got a new car and it was a pleasure from start to collection of the car. It started with a test drive in an automatic model which was easy to use, and then I tried the manual , equally as good it's down to personal preference, the salesperson was helpful and polite , she made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend and I will certainly return.

I recently bought a car here - I had a bad experience with a different dealership so I tried this one instead and was greeted quickly by Joe White. I explained the situation and he understood exactly what I was looking for and was willing to help me out to getting the car I wanted with the right deal. He was very friendly and helpful. The car had to be brought over from another garage which took longer than it should have due to some sort of mix up but Joe kept me updated pretty often so I felt in the loop. Everything else was pretty smooth and a fairly quick process, Joe even went out to personally buff out a small scratch I had noticed when checking the car over! Overall I was really pleased with the service and the lengths Joe and others in the team went through to help me out.
