Visited last Friday for some support/advice with replacement a key for my MacBook Air. The member who of staff who approached was very awkward, rude and unhelpful. Was abruptly told that my mac was too old that they would not replace the keys, then asked if they had any experience of changing MacBook keys he replied saying “no” and said nothing else. Could understand why the shop was empty on a Friday afternoon as was a very unwelcoming environment.

Had my battery replaced on my phone. Couldn't be happier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly and the phone came back looking good. You wouldn't have known the battery was replaced.When they said they would run diagnostics to see if anything else needed sorting, my heart sank. Here comes the add-ons I thought. But nope, nothing else needed doing so you can add honesty to the list of positives.

Took my laptop in with a charging port fault. Was told I would need to book an appointment and pay £29 for them to look at the laptop. When I explained the issue he told me in his experience it would probably require a new motherboard at a cost of £500 plus. Decided to book an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar in Leeds for the next day at no charge. Technician resolved the issue with an SMC reset at the appointment. Got the impression that this company takes advantage of desperate people when their tech is not working and would have replaced the motherboard in what is a perfectly working computer (saw the Apple report). If you can please visit an Apple Store first before you part with your cash here.

We went into the apple shop yesterday to buy new phones. Jordan was extremely helpful transferring everything from our old phones to our new ones. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable about any issues that arose. We are extremely grateful for all of his help. We could not have done it stressfree without him. the reason it is not 5* is that KRCS were let down by the warehouse side of the process. All went well at the store with the order being placed on the Friday and as the item was showing in stock delivery at the store for collection expected Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This didn't happen. I contacted the store on the Friday asking for an update and was informed that it hadn't been shipped due to getting lost in the system" at the warehouse end of the process. It eventually arrived the following Monday. I have to say what I found a disappointing was that even the store didn't chase it up until 3 days after the latest expected arrival. However there is obviously an issue at the warehouse side of the process if an item that is ordered "getting lost in the system". Don't make my mistake and leave it hoping that someone will chase up the expected delivery date

I took my iPhone X for a new battery. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived everything was ready. A few formalities and I left to do a bit of shopping. An hour and half later I returned and my phone was ready. Excellent service
