We find it near-impossible to describe and to do justice to what wonderful work Denise and her team have done for us in dressing our flats. Not once but two properties in quick succession! For each one, it was done at such a speed and with such perfection that we managed to find a buyer for each in a few weeks, even in this difficult housing-market condition. We are simply in awe of her services: you get a full spec and pricing within a couple of days, and the installation is scheduled and done almost immediately after. In that unbelievably quick turnaround, what you get are extremely detailed and prompt communications, incredibly stylish staging with top-of-the-range furniture and effects, and top-quality photos - lots of them. We could not recommend The Home Styling Company strongly enough. We have been lucky to find Denise and only wish that we had done so sooner. NB: some buyers will love the styling so much that they will want to buy all the furniture with the property!!

Sometimes it is difficult to ‘see’ the house you have lived in for many years through the eyes of a prospective buyer, which is why we called on Denise to look with a more experienced, professional eye. Because of COVID restrictions, the initial consultation was done via emails and photographs of the property which Denise obviously studied carefully as, when she arrived, she brought a wonderful selection of furnishings and ‘props’ which she skilfully combined with our own furnishings to significantly enhance and update our rooms and make them appealing to a wider market. It was remarkable how she was able to use our furnishings and her own to pull together a coherent look! She also worked with the agent and his photographer to present the house to its best advantage.It was a delight to work with Denise. She is the perfect blend of professional and friendly and was very easy to communicate with. In addition, she worked strictly within COVID restrictions throughout the day. Her prices are very fair considering the preparation she had done prior to arrival, the beautiful array of furnishings she provided to enhance the appeal of the property to potential buyers and how hard she worked on the day. We can’t thank her enough and would have no hesitation in recommending her services. In fact, we have have asked her to work with us in furnishing our new home later in the year.

We cannot praise highly enough the work of The Home Styling Company! Our entire experience was made completely pain-free - all thanks to Denise's expertise and professionalism.We refurbished our living room and dining room - at the same time as having carpets fitted throughout the house - and nothing was too much for Denise to contend with. She paid great attention to detail, listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve, while carefully helping us to make brave choices, which turned out to be perfect in attaining our end goal.We felt very comfortable to take the mood boards created, make changes and say clearly what we did and didn't like. We had a 2 bed flat that had been on the market for 6 weeks we were struggling to sell with a local estate agent. I called Denise for her help and it is clear from our results that she knows her stuff.Denise gave a candid assessment of the advert and photographs our estate agent had prepared and a clear list of actions to improve the presentation of each room.Within a week, we had made all of the improvements and taken new photographs. We had a rental property and it was time to sell. The property was tired and in need of decorating and without furniture it looked very sad and ordinary. We had an extended holiday arranged and I needed someone I could trust to take on this project while we were away.I found The Home Styling Company on a Google search and from the outset had excellent communication from Denise and Stephen. They came to see the property before the decorator started and Denise made a great suggestion regarding the colour palate. The proposal for the staging was detailed and the suggestions for the style were totally on trend and appropriate for the property. Denise was very accommodating with the dates and we agreed a time table for the installation of the furniture allowing us to jet off on holiday.Whilst we were away the decorator completed the painting, Denise and Stephen staged the house and sent us amazing photographs of the work they had done. Denise also liaised with the estate agents to take the sale photographs. We returned from holiday to see the property and we were totally wowed by what they had done. The quality of the fixtures and furniture were outstanding and the design was classy.The house went on the market with an open day arranged and we accepted a significantly above guide offer after only the second viewing.I highly recommend The Home Styling Company, Denise and Stephen are a very professional team.
