As a women I always feel vulnerable when it comes to getting my car fixed. The guys here were honest and unpatronising and fixed my tyre for me. Top service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the Airora Tansells Body Shop. I took my car to them after a bump and received first class treatment. Adam did such an excellent professional repair you cannot see where the damage had been. Lee gave me good sound advice and helped me through the whole process. I had confidence in them both, I trusted them and they did not let me down. Thank you for taking such care.17th October 2022. Once again I needed to call on the Airora Tansells Body Shop and I received the same excellent service from Adam as he repaired the damage to our car. They all do such a brilliant job at making the damage disappear.

Took several months to book a general service on a van. Didn’t complete it on time and gave it back the day after it was meant to be completed. The guy on the desk took 10 minutes to find the key for the vehicle. As much as they can do to crack a smile. I’ll try and contact the boss to use a different garage. Was the first and last time I go here.

There are no fancy waiting rooms, free coffee or your car valeted after a service.But you will get a good value for money service or repair. Highly recommended.

They do a good job at a reasonable price. My car has always come back working well and there hasn't been any bills I wouldn't expect.

Booked a 0930 tyre fitting using black circles, dropped the vehicle off 5 mins before. No marked customer parking, was asked to move the vehicle twice, leaving it eventually where I first parked. Asked when the car would be ready for collection, was told at some point this morning". At 1045 I called to see if it was ready

Booked in for a service at 9am, at 4pm they'd not started, and by 5pm I got a bill. I've just had my MOT today and it would appear that Tansells didn't notice completely worn brake pads and discs only 2 months previously during a supposed comprehensive service. Won't rush back.

The time it takes for them to do the job they think needs doing is a joke and then they tell me it’s fix drive it up the road the car and it’s still comes up faulty. I advise anyone who wants the car fix don’t go to this garage because they don’t know what they are doing
