Amazing!We purchased a fire place from here.The agent who sold us this was Christopher and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. This made me have such confidence in the product. We had somebody outside of this company to install our media wall, and I faced an issue once I set the fire up myself. I called up and Emma sorted somebody to come out and assist me. This was Martin. He was very friendly and explained the issue I was facing ( it was nothing to do with the fire it was my error) however he never made me feel silly for not realising and went above and beyond.Overall couldn’t fault anybody or anything. Thank you so much.

Very pleased indeed with the service, product and end result. We had to wait quite a while for installation but it was well worth the wait. The stove is gorgeous and looks amazing. The installation team were professional, efficient, competent, tidy and very helpful. My kitchen is now cleaner than before they started! Thank you very much indeed, highly recommend this company.

We’re so pleased with the service, workmanship and finish of our media wall. Martin and his team arrived punctually everyday and offered expert advice on suitability of product and design. Our local decorator also did a superb job to complement the finish.

From start to finish could not fault Fireplace Studio. Friendly showroom staff Chris and Emma, very knowledgeable in their products and happy to suggest alternative options. Day of fitting everything ran smoothly. Was expecting to have to touch up a little on the decorating front … nothing was affected no need for touch up. Mess was kept to a minimum with a huge fan that took the dust away. Would highly recommend. Fitter Martin was extremely polite as was James. Both worked hard to achieve the end result. Thank you to all involved.

Just a quick review to say - WOW! Excellent experience using fireplace studio from start to finish. Went into the showroom for a browse, and was given great advice from the man in store. Due to this, we decided to go ahead and have a media wall with onyx fireplace installed. The fantastic service continued with the build. Martin was super friendly and has just completed a top job for us! He gave excellent advice throughout and ensured the final result was exactly what we wanted. Finished off by Bobby and Trevor the plasterer and electrician. I'm amazed by the quality and finish of the project start to finish - would highly recommend! Thanks to Martin, Bobby, Trevor and those in the shop at Fireplace Studios.

New fire fitted this morning and we love it. A big thank you to fire studio for there patience with me and my inability to choose a fire due to old type of chimney space( changed the fire choice three times) but Chris you had the patience of a saint and to Martin who came out three times to measure up for each fire and who fitted our Luma 1200 this morning. What can I say Martin. You are punctual, patient, give good advice and a professional with a plus and very tidy. Fire looks exceptional and warm and cosy.

Fantastic customer service, from the first point of contact through to installation. Chris is very knowledgable, helpful, patient and sincere. Martin did a superb job of the fitting and despite the frustrating challenges he encountered with the exterior brickwork, he acted with the upmost professionalism, completing the job to perfection, he was a lovely, easy going, and chatty young man. Can’t recommend the guys highly enough.
