Phoebe has been a wonderful server, nothing was too much and has provided us with welcoming humour and patience. Food was wonderful, venue was spacious and comfortable. Would be happy to come back

Myself and my partner came for date night and loved our experience, especially for our first time in Brighton! Matt our waiter, was exceptionally attentive and kind. It’s lovely to have a waiter who is so personable and easygoing, Matt was just that. We had a good few laughs with him and all in all, he just made our experience so lovely. Kudos to him, what a wonderful member of the Miller and Carter team! We will certainly return soon :)

Honestly one of the best places we’ve been. The food was exceptional and the service from Linda was amazing. Even added in a little extra as it was a special birthday! Definitely went above and beyond for this meal out. 10/10

Lovely as always. Our waitress Emma was great. Attentive and friendly but not over the top, left us to enjoy our meal. Our baby is always welcome no matter what time we come in, USDA’s a big group but today just as a couple and it was really lovely!

Our waitress Phoebe was amazing! Attentive without being intrusive. Excellent awareness of allergens. I felt totally safe eating gluten free.

Great location. Easy free parking. Very spacious, attractive decor, smart restaurant. Friendly, professional staff. Lovely place to meet friends for a meal.Our waiter James was great & looked after us well :-)

Great food, great location!!We were served by Kim, who was absolutely amazing. She was patient with us when deciding what we wanted and asking lots of questions and actually spoke with us and joined in the fun evening we enjoyed.M&C are lucky to have her!

The food was lovely. I had the lamb and it was was delightful. The cocktails were amazing and our server Linda was so friendly. She gave us fantastic service and even helped us choose from the extensive menu. We arrived early for our lunch booking and they accommodated us immediately. Will definitely be coming back

This place exceeded our expectations. Firstly Kim was absolutely amazing, she is a wonderful human being and great at her job. Phoebe took over for Kim and she was such a lovely person! The service was the best we’ve ever had!The food absolutely blew us away! We did the steak experience and the amount of food there and the quality of the meat was amazing! We will definitely be returning!
