Great place to get your carpet! They went to the effort to source a discontinued carpet we needed to match the existing ones we have and the price they quoted, including fitting, was much better than other local places we had tried. They also had a massive selection of colours and types of carpet even though we only had one in mind. Would definitely recommend.

Great choice of carpets within store. Friendly and helpful staff who were not pushy at all, leaving us to browse at our leisure and went up when ready. Provided us with a quote and we booked a couple of weeks later when ready for the flooring. Fitting good

The carpets are lovely but the people who fit them are terrible, they got glue on the carpet which burnt" it

Disappointed. We bought the vinyl, strip and glue for our on suite , only 1.8 x 2m not big at all. Must have only used a small amount from the tin. I had removed all the sanitary furniture so he had a clear run no cutting round, a nice easy job. I asked I think they called him Carl if he was going to seal the edges with mastic like what happens in modern bathrooms these days, he said no it was up to me to go to B&Q and buy some mastic to finish the job off. That meant me breaking off from my work to have this flooring completed which was really not up to me, and we had paid for a professional job. Wilson’s always come back with the comment, we use contract fitters and it is their responsibility not ours. I do think that both parties need to liaise better to gain a satisfactory outcome for their customers.

From the moment I entered. the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The carpet fitters who came were very quick and efficient. Will definitely use Wilsons for my next carpet/bed purchase.10 out of 10.

Not very reliable waited in all afternoon had to ring at 4.30pm to see where they were and the the fitter was just in the shop picking up my lino and calling to mine on there way home I have bumps all over and it's not stuck down in a lot of places round edges. I caught my fridge on one of the airbumps and ripped it the job definitely was not done right
