While I appreciate the services offered, I was taken aback by the unrealistic deadlines set for collection. Such tight timeframes not only create unnecessary pressure but also raise concerns about the quality of service and care taken during the process. It's crucial for a service provider to understand that customers need a reasonable window of time, especially when coordinating with other factors or parties. To add to the frustration, on the day of collection, my numerous calls went unanswered, leaving me in a lurch. I sincerely hope for a more flexible and communicative approach in the future.
