Sano Physiotherapy

If i could give more than 5 stars i would!!I had been attending Sano for a few weeks due to injury’s sustained from a car accident. Upon arrival to each session Louise on reception was extremely welcoming and never hesitated to engage in conversation. She is professional and was always prompt with booking my appointments.Leora was my Physiotherapist, and i honestly looked forward to my sessions each week! Leora took her time to get to know me on a personal level and i was never treated like “another customer”Leora is extremely friendly, and whilst being offered the support when attending my appointments she always made sure i left with a routine exercise plan that suited my injury’s.I highly recommend, such a fantastic service!!

As soon as you walk into Sano Physiotherapy you are greeted with a big smile! Louise is very friendly and calls you by your name which is a nice touch making you feel seen and heard. Simran is very professional she makes you instantly feel at ease and listens to any concerns you may have. She has helped me a great deal after my accident. I would recommend this service to anyone who may need it.

If I could rate this place any higher than 5 star then I would. This place is 200% a great physio place to go. Louise the receptionist of Sano had great customer service. She was very nice and welcoming. Lousie definitely knew how to make me laugh. She had a good sense of humour. Theo was very good at his job, he was very knowledgeable and was very supportive towards getting me better after my accident.

Had a lovely experience with Leora as my physiotherapist. She really helped on my road to recovery after my accident and has given me long term exercises that will continue to build strength for months now. Louise the receptionist always greets with a smile and made me feel comfortable and welcome from my first visit. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend

First time here and I have to say I’m so glad I chose Sano. Lovely warm welcome when you walk through the door from Louise on the front desk. She put me at ease immediately. Dominic was my physiotherapist and again a warm welcome and he also put me at ease and explained things really well. Friendly and professional, clean and well organised establishment. I’m already booked in again and have also made an appointment for my husband for a sports massage. I would highly recommend and I already have to friends and family.

I can't highly recommend this place enough, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. Louise on Reception is always bright and cheery and always try's to get you the appointment that you want. Leora my Physio is very good at what she does. it is always a pleasure to see her for my treatment

I am very impressed with the standards of the service I have received from Dominic and Louise. I cannot fault the services I receive, appointment are always on time so no waiting, they are very friendly,they make you feel very comfortable and at ease and so easy to talk to. I would highly recommend their services for anyone who needs physiotherapy. I would rate them with 5 stars. I would like to thank them with all their help for getting me back to work.

From the friendly welcome by Louise to the very professional, reassuring and attentive support from Dominic, I really can’t fault Sano Physiotherapy. I was initially referred to them following severe back pain which resulted in me struggling to walk. Dominic was great throughout my treatment, always patient, through with his question but always in a very friendly manner. My treatment is now complete and it’s going to feel strange now not having to visit. Hopefully there’s no need for a physio again in the near future but if there was then I’m back to see Dominic without hesitation. Thanks for getting me back on my feet!
