The only thing that let it down today was youths gathering in groups upstairs. The language from them was discusting especially more so as I had a young child with me.

Waiting 30 Minutes, Order was wrong, we told them and they said nothing was wrong with it. Ended up having to get the manager. We finally got all of our food after 1 hour, but everything was cold. We would have asked for new food but the staff were so rude before there was no point, half of the food went in the bin because it was undercooked, ended up at Greggs.

All of the times I’ve been here there was something wrong with food one time the fish was burned and dry on the” filet o fish “ we asked for a different one and the fish was the same.The second time the chips didn’t taste as fresh and the toffee latte wasn’t as sweet. The music made me feel more tired it didn’t suit the atmosphere of the place.

I have been there a few times now, and it is a good place to go to. The only thing is that it can be busy alot off the time and sometimes it hard to find a place to sit down and eat.

Went today and order was totally messed up asked for 3 small burgers them at 1.29 plain no salad or mayo because they were for the kids. . . ALL came with salad so took them back she brought us 2 more (quite angry she was as well) well 1 was cold inside. . 2 chicken burger meals for adults only 1 came and this had salad too and the Coke we had ordered was as flat as anything . . Totally disgusted in the service and will NEVER go to the rotherham branch EVER again I would totally avoid at all times. . .

As always the food and service is excellent at this place. The only thing that let it down today was youths gathering in groups upstairs. The language from them was discusting especially more so as I had a young child with me. Also in all the time I was there, they wasn't eating or drinking anything.

Been 3 times over school holidays they got my order wrong all 3 times ....one time ordered a double sausage MC muffin...gave me one patty went to counter and offered to give me a single Patti to put inside my mcmuffin ...I said no I want a fresh one plus I've had a bite and realised the mistake I want what I paid for ...the reason why they made a mistake the mangers are too busy thinking they are some kind of god like being stood about being cringey with other staff members...I know this because I stood and watched their behaviour s I feel sorry for the other staff that work there I really do ....I think that place needs a real good re-shuffle of management.......totally unprofessional attitude towards other members of there team

How can you rate a McDonalds. They are all supposed to be the same!Half the sticky screens not working and the place packed with screaming kids completely out of control due to the salt / fat / sugar fix.Tried a chicken fillet burger which turned out pretty tasteless.Lava pie for afters delivered though, burned my mouth as usual. Great!

Would not recommend. Ordered a big mac meal for delivery and it came plain. Who wants a plain burger! Called the restaurant and they said they couldn't send out a replacement order and that I can only request a refund via the delivery service. They didn't ask for my order number to check and instead insisted that I must have ordered it plain by mistake... I didn't and I have a receipt to prove it. Anyway, not going to order from there again
