Fantastic store.. great staff. Put a deposit on a bike remotely but then my circumstances changed. The store were really kind and polite refunded the small deposit and didn't give me any hassle whatsoever after I admittedly messed them about unintentionally. Would definitely buy a bike from these guys in future. Steve was the salesman he was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend them upfront honest and caring towards customers!

What a team of nice guys! Very friendly, not in your face like some other bike shops. Bought my bike without fuss. Part-exchanged my old bike and rode away on the new one in no time at all. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

Sales guy seemed totally uninterested in helping, we was interested in one bike only, the only bike we could look at was the demo outside in the pouring rain and he didn't even unlock that, looking around any other bikes was totally impossible as they are simply crammed into the showroom; the sales manager at this dealer needs educating in allowing people to browse and inspect, ABSOLUTELY impossible here, so we just walked away in 3 minutes flat and pointless in returning so won't

I Bought a R1 off Kris. Excellent professional service from the first phone call. Bike arrived sooner than expected :)- On collecting the lady who registered the new bike with dvla was very friendly and helpful no problems at all thank you.I would recommend Wigan Yamaha. Thank you all

Just bought a used Yamaha scooter today. Given myself all day to think about posting this review so not a hasty one. I viewed the scooter 2 weeks ago. It wasn't running due to a flat battery but it seemed to be just what I was looking for. I was promised that it would have a new battery fitted. I was also promised it would be serviced and MOT'D. When I viewed the scooter it had a wrigleys chewing gum packet somehow lodged in the engine compartment. 2 weeks later when I collected the bike I asked about the MOT and the answer was, oh when the MOT is due send us the bill and we will refund you. Fair enough.... I asked, has it been serviced? Yes all done and good to go was the reply. So i asked why is there still a packet of chewing gum inside the engine compartment? A laugh and, oh we'll have a look and remove it, it's gonna take a surgical instrument to remove that......... So clearly the bike hadn't been MOT'D as promised, nor had it been serviced as promised. When I got the bike home I fitted my battery trickle charger connections to find the battery isn't a new one either. Just another dealer that is full of lies so no way I would recommend this place. Funny thing is I'm happy with the bike , it's just the lies that bothers me. So I'm afraid it's a zero review. Just tell the truth.

I can only share my own experience but I have bought 2 bikes from WYC over the past few yrs. I have always found the staff from sales to service to be extremely helpful with excellent after sales service with regards to purchasing, servicing and repairing.

From start to finish my enquirie of a second hand bike , the sales service was spot on from the moment I liaised with Douggie, to picking up the bike , nothing was too much trouble . Aftersales service also as Steve in the workshop helped me adjust the set up of the bike to my requirements. Great team , great service, highly recommended.

I had the running-in service of my yamaha R6 done here. Seen Gavin at service department and what a pleasant guy. Very helpful and polite. Took my bike down on a transporter as its part of a collection so trying to keep unnecessary mileage off. Lovely service, nice cafe across the road whilst you wait. One of the fellas even gave me free handle ties for when transporting any bike around. All staff at Yamaha were pleasant and smiling. Top lads.

Just received delivery of my new (to me) 2022 TMAX560. Bought without viewing the bike in person, but assured by a helpful and honest phone conversation with Mark, who negotiated a fair price for my part-ex. Returned my calls as expected, always attentive and helpful, and made for an easy transaction. The bike was delivered on time and in immaculate condition as promised, no hiccups.Even Paul the delivery guy, was prompt, courteous and efficient with the delivery and pick up.Always have a nagging doubt buying vehicles unseen, but I would happily do the same with these guys at Wigan Yamaha. Clear 5 stars!!! :-))))
